Esta propiedad está seguro de impresionar y relajarse. Paso pie derecho a paseo marítimo que conduce a la playa a pocos pasos hacia abajo. No cargar tus cosas arriba y abajo de ascensores o toneladas de escaleras. Alojamiento confortable. Esta villa completamente renovada con un nuevo todo va a salir de usted y su familia con nada más que buenos momentos y recuerdos felices.
Windswept Villas se encuentra en East Beach. Situado casi justo en la calle de noche Heron Park y sólo un par de minutos a pie de East Beach Market o el Santuario. Golf y tenis son atracción número uno de Kiawah, pero hay un montón de eventos para familias que tienen lugar durante toda la semana en la noche Heron y Freshfields Mercado. Charleston es una unidad de 30 minutos. Se pueden alquilar bicicletas y son el medio de transporte preferido en la isla.
Disfrute de la playa de olores y sonidos de su gran espaciosa terraza cubierta perfecta para relajarse o tomar una siesta en el sofá o disfrutar de algunos aperitivos y una bebida fría.

Great location...ocean front with an easy walk to the beach. The unit is clean and comfortable with everything needed for an easy vacation. Also, the hosts were very timely with communication and available to help if/when needed. We will be back!

Anniversary Getaway with A family Surprise

Fall Break on Kiawah

Robert and Marisa were simply incredible host! This villa was easy to access by car and very easy access to the beach. Coffee and breakfast was a highlight! Easy access to the beach allowed us to catch both sunrises and sunsets. The villa was so comfortable, beautiful, and calm. I loved the couch! I wish I could squeeze it into my car. Thank you for sharing such a warm space. Please take care.

Holiday Getaway

A lovely space in a beautiful spot. We enjoyed all the outdoor activities and make cozy meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The hosts communicated throughout and really took extra steps to ensure we had a nice stay. We would love to visit again!

Great place!

All the finishes and decor are fresh and clean. Great location for getting around the island. Even though it’s a condo, they were people above us and you could barely tell. While we couldn’t see the beach from the condo, you could hear the ocean while sitting on the back porch and it was easy to come and go to the beach.

Great trip to Kiawah

Highly recommend this villa. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting and just a quick walk on the boardwalk over to the beach and miles of beautiful bike paths to enjoy.

Wonderful oceanfront villa

We loved the convenience of walking out the back door and heading out to the beach. Early morning coffee on the back porch, with the rolling sounds of the waves was particularly enjoyable. Villa had all conveniences, very comfortably and attractively decorated.

Kiawah Island is a beautiful location

The condo was beautiful and very clean. There were fresh flowers on the table and a new card game (Uno) to play. We played several times. The beach is gorgeous. The condo is very close to the Sanctuary to rent bikes, which were so much fun. We were also able to take part in gator walks and a 2 hour guided bike ride through the wetlands. We had a very nice time. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location on Kiawah

This property was the perfect location to stay in during the Kiawah Marathon. We loved being on the beach, although we couldn’t see it from the condo since it’s on the first floor. The bedrooms are small, but they worked for us. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. Robert and Marisa were great hosts. They were very thoughtful and quick to reply to our messages. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Kiawah.

Great Condo and owners

The owners are very helpful right from the beginning of your booking with helpful information and great communication. The condominium is very nice as reflected in the pictures. Location is hard to beat as you are a 50 yard walk to the ocean. The porch area is also very nice with a partial view of the beach just above the dunes and very relaxing. We will be back. Thanks!

Long Overdue Vacation in Kiaweh Just the Ticket

We arrived and couldn’t seem to find the front door code in our emails. No worries - the owners quickly responded while we waited at the front door of the condo for just a few moments. When we entered, a beautiful bouquet of daisies (real!) were greeting us on the kitchen table along with a lovely view of the ocean. Our daughters couldn’t wait to exit the beachside of the condo and experience the incredibly close proximity of the ocean. Everything about the unit was exactly as described. There were no surprises, and it was decorated with a casual elegance that leaned toward comfortable rustic. The condo was updated as described with current appliances and bathroom fixtures. I think our favorite part was the location of the unit to the beach and the privacy. We rented bikes and only went to Charleston for a day. Kiaweh had everything right there, including a great grocery store that kept us condo and beach-based for most of the week. And when we needed advice on the area, the owners were only a phone call, text or email away. Yes, the unit may be on the small side at less than 800 square feet for a two bedroom. But we are a close family. End even when it rained, it was cozy and more than sufficient for our needs. Between the wonderful porch area for relaxing with a book, a beach for your backyard and a really well-equipped condo for our purposes, our first vacation since 2018 was memorable and relaxing. We were grateful the unit was even available given our last minute plans. We hope to return again in autumn. A big shout-out to the owners for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. It was a special week.

Lovely oceanfront villa

We loved staying at this well provisioned villa that was just steps away from the beach. It was great to sleep with the sounds of the ocean waves wafting through our open windows. Thank you for all the great coffee making equipment too.

Spectacular Experience

From beginning to end, we couldn't have had a better experience. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. The owners, Robert & Marisa, have really thought of every amenity you'd need and to make you feel at home. From the first welcome message to the final goodbye we felt taken care of. We were surprised by the fresh flowers and bottle of wine that greeted us as we entered from a long day of travel. It was such a lovely treat! We had no issues getting acclimated and prepared with the information and details of the area that was provided ahead of time. I'm gushing because it was that good. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and this was hands down our best experience. Highly recommend!

Our Family has been going to Kiawah for 17 yrs and were finally able to purchase our own piece of the island. We enjoy our memories and time on Kiawah and wanted share with other families the same opportunity.
Our girls learned to ride bikes on the smooth sand along Kiawah Beaches:)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our Windswept unit offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beach right down the short boardwalk outside the back door.
Lugging beach gear and all the kids gear around is not necessary when you are staying 1 minute from the sand:)
Night Heron Park is just across the street, to the left.
First floor means quick access to the beach and no need to go up and down the elevator.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are nature lovers and love the fact that the entire island is a nature preserve. You don't have to go more than 5ft to see some of the unique native species . We love that you can come to the island get out of your car and not have to get back in it for a week. We bike and walk everywhere including to Freshfields Market.
