This modern 1-bedroom apartment is a side unit attached to the main house, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Lakeland, Florida. The unit has its own private entrance on the left side of the home and features a fully fenced private patio, offering privacy and outdoor space to relax. Inside, the apartment includes a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. It’s equipped with a full kitchen (perfect for cooking meals), a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace for those working remotely. What first drew us here, and what continues to make it special, is the peaceful atmosphere, spacious yards, and friendly, welcoming neighbors. It’s a quiet, residential area where people wave from their porches, and kids can still ride their bikes down the street.
The neighborhood sits in a perfect spot which is tucked away enough to feel relaxing and calm, but just minutes from everything you might need: grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and quick access to I-4 if you’re heading to Tampa or Orlando.
What we enjoy most is the sense of space and calm. The large lots, mature trees, and open skies make every evening walk feel like a little escape. After all these years, we still feel lucky to call this place home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do during your stay.
