Unit was exactly as described, very clean, well furnished and maintained. Location in walking distance to all of Old Town! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in area and would stay again myself without hesitation, owner met us for a walk through upon arrival and was always available for questions or concerns. Best VRBO experience yet!!!

What a home run!!

This condo is truly the best vrbo property we have ever rented and we have done so all over the world. All the previous reviews have nailed it and we can whole heartedly say amen. Beautifully furnished, comfortable, so well stocked, excellent kitchen, great bed, quiet, perfect location for all things in Old Town, helpful and kind host in Blen. What a pleasure to have spent three weeks here and we already look forward to returning.

Beautifully refinished and great location!

Beautifully remodeled condo close to old town! I stayed a week alone while I was looking for a place to live. I found it to be wonderfully stocked, with a comfy bed, a great location to old town and easy access to freeways. Blen was easily accessible, especially when the alarm wouldn't shut off....but, even with that having the alarm system was nice! He's done a wonderful job with the entertainment center (TV, Music, Movies, sound system, etc). Quiet neighborhood, although old building, he's done an amazing job with it. Would stay here again with no hesitation!

I would give this lovely updated condo a full five star, loved everything except food under furniture and tables. Just needs a little deep cleaning. The location couldn’t have been better.

This Condo I would say was almost perfect! Quiet neighborhood , Fantastic location. Walked to old town for dinners . Has everything you need. Nice updates were made here:) Just needs to be cleaned better between house guest!

Convenient Location

Walking distance to Old Scottsdale, the canal, and wonderful restaurants. The townhouse has 3 televisions, a complete kitchen, and a nice laundry room. We appreciated having a powder room on the main level plus a full bathroom on the upper level.

Nice location near Old Town Main street.

Nice apartment. Clean and well-provisioned with nice towels, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Large TV and cable. The lock system on the doors was very convenient. Comfortable bed. The space was darker than we expected, without much sunlight coming in. (That may be fine in hotter months, but we were there in January.) Also, there was no dining table, so the two of us sat on the couch at the coffee table for meals. Just a little weird. Also, being there in January, we didn't get to use the porch/patio nor the upstairs deck. They looked neglected but nice. One easy improvement would be to number the parking spaces properly. The overhead awning has numbers like "J" and "23" and other things that don't make sense. Once we found unit 7, all was fine. Overall, a good place.

Great location but somewhat disappointing

After several enquiries regarding early check in, ( we were checking out of our resort at 11:00 am and check in was scheduled for 4:pm). We had several perishable items to transfer. We were assured that we would receive an email by 8:00 am from Vacassa confirming early check in status. It is worth mentioning that we visited this property twice the previous week and confirmed the unit was unoccupied. We called Vacassa around 9:00 am on the 11th and were informed the owner does not allow early check in. This should be declared up front. Inside, this townhouse is as described. Outside property maintenance is a whole other story. BBQ at pool is old,dirty and unusable. Trash bin by the bbq on the pool deck was overflowing with bags of dog waste piled up and scattered on the pool deck nearby. After repeated calls to Vacassa we gave up. The trash was never emptied during our two week stay. As a consequence we never used the pool area during our stay. Our neighbor next door had 2 dead birds on his patio for over a week and overall condition of outdoor patios were unkept and require constant attention to keep up with falling leafs and debris from the many trees on the property. The owner of this property has done a marvelous job of renovating,designing and furnishing it. Care and attention to the items noted in this review will go a long way to ensuring it remains a sought after location. Well suited for short stays. Would not recommend for 2 weeks ..

First Time VRBO User Very Happy

Friends suggested VRBO instead of weekend hotel. Found this gem in Old Town Scottsdale and the place exceeded all expectations. Beautifully and comfortably appointed, ideally situated in Scottsdale, and clean. I will look to return on future trips to visit family and friends.

A great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this two level condo very much. The owner was kind, helpful and responsive. You can tell he has gone out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable. Everything is provided including great Wi-Fi and TV. The unit is well maintained and it was nice having a washer and dryer. The location is excellent and we walked to most places. We would not hesitate to book this condo again and highly recommend.

Scottsdale has been my home since childhood, and I've seen Scottsdale enjoy a lot of growth and expansion over the years, and Scottsdale Down Town Old Town just gets better and better in my opinion. I feel privileged to be able to share with others the opportunity to experience the thriving core of Scottsdale where it all began over a century ago.

This particular property struck me as different than so many that I scouted in the Scottsdale Old Town area. It was built in 1974, and unlike many I viewed, this one offered a lot of architectural interest and huge ceiling height--creative and spacious!

The deep setback from the street, the generous shade from the trees, and the diffuse light of dusk or dawn makes these two north facing covered patios some of the most relaxing I've experienced for either entertaining or soaking in the experience of being in the moment. Whether to recharge your batteries at the end of the day, or for the more prolonged retreat, this place can nurture the soul.
