The main house features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and a full bathroom. The home is fully climate-controlled with both heat and air conditioning for year-round comfort. The living room invites you to relax with reclining sofas, large windows that offer serene water views, a 65” Smart TV, and free WiFi.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a natural gas stove, a side-by-side refrigerator, and a dishwasher. You’ll find island seating for four, a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, toaster, crock pot, and hand mixer, along with a complete set of dishes, cookware, and utensils. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry area for your convenience, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

Connected to the main house is a spacious Rec Room Suite, perfect for kids, teens, or additional guests. This space includes two twin-over-full bunk beds (sleeps up to six), a full bathroom, a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and dishware, and a dining table that seats six. A cozy sofa and a massive 86” Smart TV make it a great hangout spot. The Rec Room is also fully climate-controlled.

All linens, towels, and bedding are provided for your stay, so you can pack light and settle in stress-free.

Step outside and enjoy the outdoors with a fully fenced patio and dog run, providing a safe place for your pups to play freely. A propane grill is available for cookouts, and the fire pit with seating is perfect for gathering around in the evening with friends and family. Witmer Lake and nearby Dallas Lake are both fast lakes, perfect for jet skiing, tubing, and water skiing. If you’re in the mood for something quieter, explore the connected no-wake lakes—Westler, Hackenberg, and Messick—for fishing, kayaking, or a relaxing boat ride.

You may park up to two vehicles in the driveway, along with your boat trailer. Please note there is no parking allowed on the roadway, lawn, or on neighboring properties.
