The Space:
Step into our oceanfront condo and be greeted by breathtaking views of the beach, ocean, and stunning sunrises! This upper-level, newly renovated unit, is easily accessible via two elevators, offers a luxurious beachfront experience. Inside, you'll find a convenient in-unit washer/dryer to cater to your family's needs. Enjoy access to the beach, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing BBQ area. We provide ample supplies of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure a comfortable stay. Reserved parking for one car is available. Our goal is to provide a premium, hassle-free family bonding experience. Should you require anything or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated parking area with additional parking available on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the serene beauty of Hauula's Ocean Front location, directly on the beach! The calm waters, protected by a reef, are ideal for snorkeling. For those seeking bigger waves, nearby beaches offer exciting surfing opportunities. Just a half-block stroll across the street, you'll find a delightful array of dining options: the Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, and a Hawaiian Ice stand, alongside a convenience store offering local fare. Immerse yourself in Hawaiian culture with a visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center, less than 5 miles away, a renowned attraction with captivating shows and luaus. You'll also find Longs drugstore and two grocery stores conveniently located in the area. For wave enthusiasts, Laie Beach Park, a short five-minute drive, provides excellent body surfing conditions year-round. Explore further with a short drive to Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses/Restaurants and the world-famous North Shore Surfing Beaches.
Getting Around:
Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.
