Need a place to stay while visiting family in the Clemson area for the holidays? Here is your ideal Clemson family getaway! We've added some Tiger Christmas fun to the mix and would love to host you. Our new single-family home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Located less than 10 minutes from Clemson University, you'll have easy access to campus activities, sporting events, and more. Downtown Pendleton is only a few minutes away.
Linens (sheets and towels) are included. Stay connected during your visit with fast Wi-Fi, cable, and enjoy entertainment on the smart TVs located throughout the house—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Enjoy easy access with front entry and door locking codes (codes changed after each visit), so no keys are necessary. The house is conveniently located just steps from the neighborhood pool, giving you a refreshing way to cool off between May-Sept.
Parking is available for 2-3 cars, and easy access to Interstate 85 makes getting around quick and simple. Our home is a very short drive to a grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food, gas stations, and coffee shops.
This comfortable home combines convenience, natural beauty, and modern amenities to make your Clemson visit memorable. Whether you're here for a campus trip, outdoor fun, or a relaxing retreat, this home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay- just no parties! It is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood.
