Living Room: The spacious living area features a queen-sized sofa bed, perfect for additional guests or a relaxing movie night.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. All basic cooking pots and pans with cooking utensils provided. You’ll just need to bring food to cook.

1st bedroom to the right (Second Floor): This room features a queen-sized bunk bed, with one sleeping on top and a pull out sleeping 1 more (total sleep 4 guest in this room)

There is a shared full bathroom on the hall (2nd floor)

Master Bedroom (2nd Floor): The master suite is a luxurious retreat, featuring a Queen-sized bed and a private bathroom and balcony for relaxation enjoying the sunset. Closet on master room holds towels and extra blankets if necessary. There’s also a box full of board games to play family nights.


Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): two cozy twin-sized bed, can also be convertible to king is perfect for friends or family members that want to join the fun.

On the third floor, you'll find a private, customized terrace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather and sunsets. Doesn’t matter if you're enjoying lounging under the sun, the terrace provides an ideal setting for relaxation. Tv also on the roof.

We also have a pool for kids and even adults to just sit and soak up the sun as burgers and hotdogs are being made with a grill located on the poolside (top terrace)
