The condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. Resort was really nice and was close to all restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately we had issues with the A/C unit and had to move to another room but was going to be repaired. We enjoyed the condo very much while we were there.

My South Hampton stay

Myrtle Beach Trip

Was great location, everything was clean. Didn't realize that the 2nd bedroom had their bedroom across the hall and not ensuite like the other one. Unfortunately our visit got cut very short due to Hurricane Debbie.

Easy check in process

I loved that we were able to check in as soon as the room was clean. The bedrooms had a lot of space. I wish there would have been a sheet with all of the things the complex offered and where everything was located.

Really like the place. Third time staying there. Ice maker doesn’t work. Trays are cracked. They need replaced. We cook. The kitchen could use measuring cups and some storage containers. We will stay there next year. Any issues are minor.

Great place to stay

This is a cozy place for a quick vacation! I read many of the reviews before choosing this property and knew most were right on. The decor is a bit dated, but the condo is clean and serves its purpose. The reviews talked about the beds and how great they were. Well, it’s true! The beds are very comfortable and we all slept great! The owners were great to work with and let us check in early since we had an earlier flight due to hurricane Idalia. I would rent from these owners again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this unit for a long Easter weekend. The condo was well maintained and clean. Furnishing and decor are updated and very comfortable. Only issue- this unit has two entrances- main one at kitchen and one into master bedroom area. We were only given keys to master bedroom entrance. With four adults coming and going early morning and later at night, all traffic through master bedroom. However, we would certainly stay at 503 South Hampton again.

This is a lock out unit, but the keys are made to fit both entrances. Sometimes sand can get into the cylinders and cause the keys to have difficulty, but we would have come up to the condo to assist you at anytime. We always want our guests to have all conveniences during their stay. We look forward to having you visit us again soon.

Amazing Beach Rental

This was by far the most accommodating condo we’ve ever rented! The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook with, along with various spices, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The appliances were top notch and it was decorated so beautifully. The balcony has the nicest patio furniture. We ate outside several times. There was a hair dryer in both bathrooms, laundry and dish detergent and plenty of clothes hangers in the closets. I packed way too much because so many things were provided. There were no keys to keep up with (the key pad on the door was great). Stephanie was amazing at making sure everything was perfect! My husband, our boys and I LOVED it.

Nice Place But Not Best for Kids

Great property and very clean. Perfect for adults. Not the best for kids. There is a new water park at Kingston. Your kids see it and they want to go. The property owners haven’t paid for the membership so there are zero ways to use it. You can’t buy a day pass or anything. I checked a few times. If you want to you use the water park, the property owners have to pay the membership fee or you need book through Kingston or the Embassy Suites. Something to think about if you have kids. Other than that it’s a great place in one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach.

Mini family vacation

My son and his family were in the North and we were South. It was very peaceful and nice. Everything looked just like the on line pictures. However the patio windows were clean from inside but were not clean on the outside. Looking through a little weather residue. I would recommend this location and thank you for your hospitality. We were able to check in earlier than expected. Lobby very clean and had grocery carts that made transporting groceries easier. One downfall there was only four handicap spots which made it kind of inconvenient to walk from car to lobby. Seems like the cars in the handicap spots never moved. Thanks again for everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed the rental unit. It was clean and well maintained. However, the balcony was dirty upon arrival. We had to call and a cleaning crew was dispatched to remedy the situation. My wife and I both agreed that the balcony furniture needed updating. It was old and not inviting. We didn’t spend any time on the balcony during our visit.We also had a minor issue with the A/C unit. It was quite noisy in the master bedroom. We ended up sleeping in the 2nd bedroom, which was quieter but wasn’t as cool as the master bedroom. I think there was an issue with the A/C vent.

"FLAWLESS" condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need including full size washer and dryer, Never even stepped foot in Vacation MB office, DJ sent me the code to get right into the condo. What a great experience , I will definitely be Renting this condo again and most DEFINITELY using Vacation MB. To the owners of this condo, Very Nice, I treated your home away from just like it was mine. I will rent from you again. Thank You DJ,Guy C.

The place was dirty and needed to be sanitized. Mildew around the tub and on the shower curtain in Master Bath. Couldn't see out the windows they were so dirty. Has not been used for awhile apparently. Also, need to inform tenants they are not allowed to use the Embassy Suites amenities before renting. It would be nice even if tenants could purchase a wrist band for the children's waterpark. This is not as important as the cleanliness. Especially, during COVID.

We ask all of our guests when they arrive to contact us if the cleaning doesn't meet their expectations. We would have immediately sent a cleaning team out to correct these issues had they been made know upon arrival. We cannot control access to the Embassy Suites property as they are owned by Hilton and not affiliated with us.

We were able to fit our family (5 adults) comfortably. The hotel was easy to access and find. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make dinner (pots/pans, plates, silverware). The view was not directly of the beach but we could see the water from the balcony which we really liked. I had a maintenance question while staying at the condo. I emailed the main ten email staff via the provided email address - they were helpful and prompt in their response. Only negatives were the very early check out and the distance between the hotel and where we had to pick up and drop off keys. I would have liked to check out at 11 instead of 9:30.

The property was very clean and well kept but my favorite thing would be the beds ! When I go on vacation it’s a plus when you sleep well and have good beds. We stayed in the bedroom with the 2 beds and it was on of the most comfortable beds. I slept better there than I have at home in a long time . That is so important to me and I will be staying again !
