The property was triple booked and there was already someone occupying the property when we went to check in.

Never got to stay there. 30 minutes before we arrived in Houston the host messaged to say the house had drainage issues and that they would relocate us to their other property. The other property was not listed on VRBO and all they sent was a video of a walkthrough of the home. When we got to the alternate property, the house was not worth the money I paid for the original house. The alternate property had a broken garage and the gate to the fence in the back was broken and would not close. It was the day we were supposed to check in, so I couldn’t find anything else on VRBO that would accommodate pets. While the neighborhood was nice, and not far from the original house, this is not what I paid for. VRBO was notified and said they would send us a refund.
