We had a wedding to go to in Philly just minutes from this location, and this was overall, a quiet spot to stay for being in center Philly. It was a very clean space, with everything you need there! We would definitely stay again!

Brittani was exceptional host. She took care of all my dumb questions. This was my first time using VRBO and because of Brittani, the experience was awesome. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Philadelphia!!

Excellent location for us as we were visiting Drexel (a short walk away). Apartment was clean, and parking was easy at a nearby lot (the host sent instructions on how to find the best price on parking, but we just chose the first lot we came across that was walking distance). The area felt safe. If we come back to this area, I would definitely book this apartment again!

GREAT location in downtown Philly, close to University City, walking distance from many attractions and the train station. Grocery stores an easy couple of blocks as well as numerous restaurants. Well appointed kitchen - we were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 5 with the equipment provided. Beds were very comfy, bathroom was spacious and clean. Host was very responsive, answered the few questions we had promptly and were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely book again.

The property was in a central location, generally clean and accurate in its listing. There was a huge stain on the green couch. Given that this apartment allow pets, I assumed it was a pet stain from previously customers. I found the communication with the host to be reasonable. The property looks like to be a recent flip with bare bone and cheap furnishings. One bedroom had no window, there was a large window in the second bedroom and a small sealed window in the bathroom. I couldn't open any windows in the unit, which would be a huge safety issue if there is a fire, especially because it's a walk up apartment with only one door entry. Of note to families with young children, the unit shares an entrance with a spa massage parlor that opens early and closes late in the night, which made us a bit uncomfortable coming in and out the apartment.

We went for a family wedding in town. The bedrooms and beds were comfy. The kitchen and bathroom were great. As for the living area, the couch wasn't the most comfortable and another chair in the living area would've been nice.The location was just right for a city visit, we walked to see attractions and we weren't far if we wanted to Uber.We parked in a parking area and left our car there for the entire trip and then either walked or got an uber, it was easier and cheaper overall than trying to park over and over. The host was very responsive with questions that I had and I appreciate that!

Property listing was accurate and the unit was very clean. Host was very responsive. Drawbacks were there was no hand soap in the unit (needed use liquid dishwasher to wash hands), one of the two bedrooms did not have a room darkening shade so morning sun was tough and property is on a busy street.

Nice, convenient spot in a great area of Philadelphia. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.I gave this property 3 stars because there was no way to open the windows and no apparent secondary exit from the apartment besides the front door. This raised some safety concerns, and I was unsure how the unit met fire safety requirements.It would also be helpful to provide a drying rack or additional dish towels. We ended up using bath towels to dry our dishes due to the limited kitchen linens available.

Great location and nice apartment! It was clean and we appreciated having a washer dryer especially since we got caught in the rain coming back from dinner the first night and needed to wash and dry our wet clothes. It is walkable to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Paid parking is close by on Sansom. To make slight improvements I’d add some thicker curtains or a longer curtain rod to the larger bedroom as the light comes into the bedroom very early.
