Cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave ... no mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estancia! Todos los azulejos en todo el condominio!



Acabamos de renovar el condominio para incluir azulejos en las habitaciones y muebles de sala nuevos. Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el noveno piso con vista directa a las piscinas y al río lento. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. Con más de 1,950 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa y recientemente amueblada. Para su comodidad, nuestro condominio está ubicado en el mismo piso que la cancha de tenis. ¡Para grupos más grandes también tenemos una unidad 3br en este piso si desea permanecer cerca el uno del otro!



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio de Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, bar con máquina de hielo, televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 55 "en la sala de estar y un televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 50" en el maestro y un televisor de alta definición de 42 "en el 2do dormitorio y 3er dormitorio, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora grandes. Hay 2 dormitorios principales con camas King y el tercero. Br tiene 2 camas Queen con un sofá cama en la sala de estar. También tenemos muchos asientos en el balcón con una mesa y 4 sillas y dos sillones. También estamos en la pila de condominios con balcón privado ... nadie puede verte en tu balcón, a diferencia de otras unidades en Phoenix West.



Hay un río lento, tobogán acuático, piscina al aire libre con piscina para niños vallada, piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos jacuzzis, gimnasio de última generación, 4 saunas y canchas de tenis en la azotea. ¡También tenemos la unidad 3br 905 en este piso para familias que necesitan dos condominios en el mismo piso!



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se aplicará sin reembolso por violación.

The description of the property was accurate. The living room furniture was very comfortable. It is a little worn. The beds in all the rooms were comfortable. The furniture was nice in every bedroom. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and extras that we needed to make meals. The condo was clean. My white socks didn't get dirty when I wasn't wearing shoes. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. It was worn as the table had some rust on it and the cushions had stains on them. Overall, this condo was a great choice for us.

The property was everything it said it was! It felt just like home and it had all amenities needed to feel like a home. It had adequate space and very comfortable.

Relaxing but in need of refreshing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the amenities of Phoenix West but was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the furniture and outdoor furniture, the pots/pans and the mattresses especially in the master. Paying a premium price for the week should mean that you are getting premium furniture. The couch is blue but stained significantly in places that you can see it is turning brown. Same for the chairs in the living room. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. The cookware was almost unusable. One pan is so uneven that you have to hold it the whole time you cook and everything sticks in the others. The outdoor furniture is dirty/stained and the table is flaking off everywhere. I am not one to complain but given what I paid, I expected more top of the line than mediocre. I have stayed in cheaper Phoenix and had a much better experience with quality for the cost. *I would recommend Phoenix West to friends but suggest a different condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and we loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Unfortunately, we had a rocky start to our vacation rental. After spending 9 hours in the car and heavy traffic for the last 50 miles, we arrived at the property at 6:30 pm and no one was manning the guard station. It was open but the guard was not there. We entered the parking garage and went to the front desk where we waited for 30 minutes. We knocked on the office door and finally called Phoenix West office. We were told that the staff leaves at 6 and we had to go to Phoenix III to get our wrist bands and parking passes. We got back in the car and drove over. There was a line of six people. When we got to the representative, she was extremely rude. She said she was managing 14 properties and Phoenix West was not one of them. She said that we should have booked with BrettRobinson. She said the Phoenix West folks were there until 9:30. We got back into our car and went back to Phoenix West. The guard was back at his post and the front desk lady was back The guard apologized for not being there. The front desk lady did not. She gave us our parking passes and wrist bands. We told her that our TV in one of the guest rooms was not working. She said that she couldn’t help us since we didn’t book with Brett Robinson. She said we should not have booked directly with Phoenix West. Obviously not a good start to the trip. We never called about the TV. I would recommend that the pots and pans be updated in the unit.

Great location, nice unit, some minor issues/cleanliness

The location is fantastic. Perfect spot for younger kids/adults. The property has an indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, workout room & sauna. It also boosts an outdoor pool, lazy river, slide & access to the beach. Very well kept up on all areas! This specific unit is nice, but could use some updates. The grout in all the floors was dark dark brown, almost as if it hadn’t been cleaned or sealed. The curtains in the main living area are stained in multiple areas. Splattered stains of red and brown. The rug has multiple stains on it as well. Just a few upkeep issues. But overall we enjoyed our stay here and it suited all 9 of us well.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The view was magnificent! There was plenty of room for our party of 9. An all around grest place for your next vacation!

Stay of a lifetime!

This stay was amazing! The condo was clean and beautiful. We felt like royalty for the week. The condo has a lazy river, outdoor pools, outdoor slide, and indoor pool and jacuzzi. Also, if you’re into tennis/pickleball, they have courts for that on floor 9 - the same floor as this unit. I would recommend this location a million times. No doubt that we will be back!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and it did not disappoint. The property was nice and the condo was as nice as it is in the pictures. We highly recommend!

Great place to enjoy the beach

Everything was clean when we arrived, the beds were soft and comfortable, great location on the beach, just all around we were impressed and loved the condo. Would love to come back again.

Enjoying the Ocean

This was a very nice property as it was clean, the furniture indoors and outdoors was very comfortable, the kitchen had all the basic utensils and pots and pans to make a meal, and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location to sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze.
