Family vacation

Very nice and clean. Super easy check in and Check out. First trip with our 1.5 year old, the pools were great especially the 1ft kiddie pool. Short boardwalk out to the large beach area. Not overly crowded at all, plenty of space. Every security staff we encountered was very nice and helpful. Overall wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

2 Weeks of a spectacular view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A 4 out 5. Loved the building, great view, quiet. Unit itself could use use an update. The carpet is old and badly stained in places, the couch is not at all comfortable and the Teflon fry pans are badly scratched. TV reception was very spotty. Internet was very good. The dishwasher had a terrible odor.Location is 100% and Will definitely consider returning to SeaChase but not that unit.

Great views!

1203W unit (and1204) have best unobstructed views of coastline and oceanfront Unit was comfortable with nice living, dining and baths. Bedrooms great and would prefer a more comfy bed but sufficient (pillows awful so bring your own). Complex is clean and well maintained and pools are plentiful and nice. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The timing was perfect (late August) to avoid crowds for our empty nesters' getaway! SeaChase west is the best for the lowest crowds on the beach because it is next to cottages instead of high rises. The balcony chairs and table looked new and the taller style made for a great, mostly unobstructed view. There was also a chaise lounge and side table that was perfect for reading. It was easy to see the sunrise each morning and the view is incredible - inside or out!The decor and colors were so peaceful! We had everything we needed and more for our kitchen needs. We personally loved the carpet instead of the tile. The location was right next to the elevator so it was super convenient and not loud at all. SeaChase is right across from Walmart and Publix which was very convenient. The parking was great! We never parked farther than three spots away from the door.

Beach Bliss with a Feeling of Home!

Spectacular views from the entrance to the outside deck. Spacious, open and inviting. The decor has a soft upscale beach vibe with the comfortable feeling of home. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Checking in was a breeze thanks to Danielle's professionalism and friendly personality. All in all we loved every minute of our all to short stay.

Nice property

This was a nice condo. Nicely decorated. Kitchen was stocked better than most we have stayed at. The master bed was fairly hard. I had to buy a mattress topper after the first night to sleep on. Also, we would have liked more blankets. There were no extras. Overall, it was an enjoyable week.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The property was exactly as described, and offered a great location with easy access to the beach. It’s so nice that Walmart, as well as some food options are right across the street! The condo had everything that we felt we needed, and the extra ice maker was awesome. Thank you!!

The bed in the Primary Bedroom was quite firm, for those wanting a firm mattress it would be nice. Our experience would have been better if the TV had worked (cable issue???) and remodeling of the exterior of the building had not been occurring. The best items were the indoor heated pool and friendliness of the staff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is somewhat dated, BUT, it was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped - had everything we needed: spices, cleaning supplies. This was the first and only unit in the 10+ years staying at Seachase that we did not have any maintenance issues to call in. Everything worked great, lots of hot water, etc. The unit had carpeting that had just been cleaned and looked new. We enjoyed the comfort of carpet vs. tile in most units. Furniture and beds were comfortable too. Great Unit! We would certainly return.
