Modern, newly renovated (two-story) home is furnished with a contemporary kitchen and tabletop appliances. Situated in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently minutes away from the I-10 interstate and locally owned restaurants.

This house is approx. 7.8 miles (15-20mins) away from downtown, 2.7 miles (5-8mins) away from the nearest hospital, and minutes away from multiple grocery stores (Trader Joes, Rouses, Target, etc). There is also a 24hour Walgreen located less than 5 minutes away.

This house is approx. 2500 sq feet with 4 master bedroom with private bathrooms, 1/2 bathroom, and washer/dryer.

The home was easy to access and the location is perfect. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Ideal for groups of friends who want the privacy of seperate bathrooms. The home was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again.

New Orleans border-house

Very nice and comfortable property on the edge of New Orleans/Metairie. Within 5 minutes of MANY great restaurants or 8 minutes to the casino. Quiet area for a good nights sleep.

Stay in Metarie

This place is roomy with 4 bedrooms and centrally located. It was very clean and mostly supplied well. Bath/ shower soap is not supplied. Downstairs floor needs repair from damage (uneven and taped) that I was informed of a few hours before check in. Repair of the floor and a little quicker response to questions about the house would make this a 5 star rental.

Great Place!

My family and I visit New Orleans every year to celebrate Mardi Gras (Krewes of Thoth & Tucks) & to visit our NOLA family. I booked this home as it accommodated my large family. Check in was simple and we were greeted with local snacks and TWO king cakes! The home was clean and everything appeared new. Definitely staying here again!

Worst manager ever!!!

Manager is extremely rude and mean. Never answered / provided help when needed. Vrbo needs to provide addresses to each place sooner and easy to find.Managers need to respond faster and the same way the customer ask the question, I.e. if the customer asks a question thru a text then respond needs to thru text as well.

Family getaway

Definitely 5 stars. Exactly like pictures. 4 bedroom 4 bathroom was perfect for our family. Communication with owner was very convenient. Location was convenient.. easy to get to Lake Pontchartrain center and New Orleans. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious House in a Great Central Location

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. It’s in a great location on a quiet street that allows for a short drive to New Orleans and nearby cities. The owner is super nice and responds to questions quickly. Highly recommended!

Do not book here. Cancelled our reservation at check in

We booked the house for 4 couples for a concert 3 months in advance. The owner accepted the reservation and charged my credit card for the house march 1st, the day I requested to make a reservation. On the day of the concert 30 mins before check in, I messaged the owner and requested the access code, stating there were several vehicles in the driveway. Victoria responds with: My apologies Ms. Rebecca, But I never accepted this reservation as there is another guest currently staying in the house. Please let me call VRBO right now to get this situated. I am so sorry. My response, NO MA’AM. That was an absolute lie. She not only accepted my reservation immediately, she charged immediately. VRBO and her would not have let me book those dates, if they weren’t available at that time. Incompetent owner blaming VRBO for her inability to manage her property and listings. If I had not messaged her for access codes, we would have never known she double booked her own property. Which left all of us, four couples, scrambling last minute to find a place to stay 2 hours before the concert after driving 5 hours in. Can you imagine the stress???? Plus, you held my money for 3 months. So are you going to pay the interest back on money held for 3 months. There are policies in place. I don’t get back half my money if I cancel right before my reserved dates. There should be a policy for owners as well. If you are canceling on me, 30 mins before check in, shouldn’t there be a penalty for you???

Excellent pick!

This was a family trip for a first time visit to New Orleans. We could not be any happier with our choice. It was absolutely perfect for us. Our host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was bright and spacious. Plenty of TV's throughout eliminated any fuss from the kids as to what to watch. Bathrooms and showers were great and there was always plenty of hot water. Location was perfect and everything we needed was a short drive away. We were halfway between the airport and downtown. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything!!
