Esta casa histórica fue construida a principios del siglo XX. Totalmente renovado, con todo el encanto de Nueva Orleans. Nuestra Nueva Orleans casa criolla escopeta es muy amplia, con muebles nuevos y toda la elaboración de un hogar confortable.
El barrio histórico Bywater es un área artística, con fácil acceso al barrio, el francés St, Crescent Park, cafeterías, restaurantes, supermercados, parque, y bares a poca distancia.
Bienvenidos, y disfrutar de nuestro barrio histórico Bywater.
Estamos lo suficientemente cerca del Barrio Francés para caminar (15-20 minutos a pie), pero lo suficientemente lejos como para no tener el ruido, el estacionamiento caro y la actividad del Barrio Francés. Si el paseo es demasiado simplemente llamar UBER por alrededor de $ 6-10. 00 (taxi), o alquilar una bicicleta.

El lugar de Rose Brennah dispone de una sala de estar con pisos de madera, TV, sofá y 2 sillas. La cocina está completamente amueblada, (pero quién quiere cocinar cuando estás en Nueva Orleans y tienes toda esta buena comida).
Escalera / dormitorio tiene un sofá-cama con un canapé.
Dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama nueva y suelos de madera y colchones.
El dormitorio principal está arriba y tiene una cama king size nueva con un colchón nuevo, también tiene una cama matrimonial con un colchón nuevo para los huéspedes que viajan con niños pequeños que les gustaría que duerman en la misma habitación que ellos y el televisor.
El baño n. ° 1 consiste en un inodoro y bañera / ducha combinadas. # 2 consiste en un inodoro y una ducha. Casi todo lo nuevo.

Lovely, cozy shotgun style house decorated beautifully. Has one private parking spot but street parking was plentiful. Owner was very helpful and responsive to messages. Beds were very comfortable! We also enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch. Overall we had a great stay!

This was an excellent stay. The decor was amazing with a lot of culture in it. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Easy area to park. The Host was amazing. The rooms downstairs do connect with each other along with the living room and kitchen but that was no issue for us. The back patio was super relaxing. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to visit.

Our stay was fantastic thanks to such a thoughtful host! The place was comfortable and in a great location - Bacchanal is a gem just a short walk away, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and super helpful, so we always felt taken care of. Would recommend. Highly rated for a reason.

Great location & comfy digs

Really enjoyed our stay in this bywater beauty. We had our moms with us and the separate sleeping area upstairs made it easy to come in late and also sleep late while the moms enjoyed their morning coffees on the patio. Parking was easy and so were ubers. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We had a great stay in this lovely home. 10Minute drive to all the things we wanted to do. Lots of little shops tucked in the neighborhood too. Had some great New York style pizza around the corner. Cute coffee shop close by as well. And a dollar general close by if you forgot something.

My sisters and I had a fantastic stay. We had everything we needed. Cathy was a wonderful communicator and helped us find great restaurants and jazz music. When the snow storm and cold weather was predicted she helped us navigate these challenges. We will stay again on our next visit!

Great NOLA getaway!

The Brennah Rose Place was a great getaway spot in NOLA! Tons of great neighborhood dining spots and a short bike or car ride to all the bustle and music of Frenchman and the Quarter with all of the benefits of living like a local. Cathy and Tonybwere great hosts, we’re looking forward to our next stay!

We own and manage The Brennah Rose Place and two other rentals. We are on the outskirts of New Orleans known as Bywater Neighborhood is only minutes away from the French Quarter and about 1.4 miles. Our families were fishermen and farmers. We grew up on the bayou In St. Bernard Parish where we learned to live off the land. We also had a Seafood Business where we sold and shipped shrimp, crabs, oysters, and fish, mostly to New Orleans and Baltimore. Our families and us all share the love for our beautiful city "New Orleans".

It's all about the location and this is best kept secret! Purchased this beauty to remodel and retire at. We finally moved into the other side of this double. Location that we could not pass up. Located in the heart of Historic Hipster Bywater within walking distance of the French Quarter & Frenchmen St. (Marigny) Don't like to walk the #5 bus, Uber or taxi will have you to the Quarter in minutes. Plenty of parking spaces by our house. Entrance to the beautiful riverfront Crescent Park is just 3 blocks away. Want to sip some wine & listen to music, Bacchanal is just a few blocks away. Want to sample some praline bacon, The famous Elizabeth's is blocks away. Want to go for a swim, the Country Club has a climate controlled pool & is accessible to anyone for a small fee. Want to sample New Orleans best Pizza, Pizza Delicious is only blocks away. We can’t forget The Joint for some of the best BBQ. Faubourg Wines, our favorite wine store is in the neighborhood & has free wine tastings every Wednesday. Belong to Anytime Fitness, there is one located just around the corner.
