Nuestra casa es un colonial español -bungalow que data de 1923! Está totalmente renovado con pisos de madera, encimeras de granito y habitaciones alfombradas. Tenemos una bdrm con una cama CalKing tamaño, y un dormitorio que tiene una cama de matrimonio. El baño tiene ducha, bañera, inodoro y lavabo. La cocina está muy bien hecho con encimeras de granito, una cocina de gas, lavavajillas, microondas y nevera / congelador, lavadora y secadora. El salón es acogedor y está decorado en azul y blanco - colores perfectos casa de playa. El comedor tiene una mesa y seis sillas. El porche delantero tiene dos sillas para disfrutar de una bonita noche de verano! El patio delantero tiene un césped con césped, y arbustos de rosas, un tilo, y otras flores hermosas. El patio trasero tiene una barbacoa de gas y una pequeña mesa y sillas para dos personas. El patio trasero está vallado con una puerta. En el garaje tenemos otro apartamento de alquiler que será ocupado por una pareja de profesionales. El aparcamiento está disponible en la calle. El depósito de seguridad es de $ 700 en efectivo y $ 100 de limpieza final que se tomará al final de la estadía

Lovely Stay

Lovely house in a great location

House was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. The location is fabulous, you can walk to the beach, walk to many restaurants and shops. I would stay here again. The owners were very friendly and easy to access with questions.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this house with a charming French Country decor. The King size bed was really comfortable and the large sectional sofa was perfect for watching football on Thanksgiving Day. We hosted a family Thanksgiving dinner for 6 people which was easy to prepare that day in the large open kitchen. Loved the easy 2 block walk to 2nd street restaurants and shops. This house was so wonderful and cozy that we will rent it again on our next trip to Long Beach!!! Thank you Carol !!

Family Vacation in Belmont Shore, CA

The house is even better in person than online. It’s very comfortable and so relaxing.....the kitchen is huge and plenty of dishes and pots and pans so we were able to cook if we wanted to. The beds were amazing and super cozy. The location is the best of the best.....just 1/2 block to 2nd Street and 3 blocks from the beach. You can see the sunset from the front yard. The owners Carol and Traian were very accommodating and available if or when we needed them. Enjoyed talking with them and felt very welcomed. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We were at this property for the month of Aug and had a great time. Location is great only tge end of the block to all restaurants bars and stores. Just 3 blocks to the beach. Wonderful board walk down at the beach separating bikers and walk/runners. You can walk to the Pier east and just a few steps more to a brewery where we had beverages for the walk back. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. Would stay again if we get the opportunity.

A great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Belmont Shore & reminiscing about growing up in the area in the 50’s & later as adults living in the close by in Belmont Heights.. The area was perfect for walking to restaurants etc. & the beach. The house was comfortable & well maintained & the hostess easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure.

Cute home in a perfect location!

This cute home is exactly as described!! The owners are very nice and pleasant to work with. We were able to walk to dinner every evening and had access to so many different restaurants and types of food! The beach is also nice and close. We had a wonderful stay!

Belmont Shores

This beach house is in a great neighborhood. It is in within walking distance to restaurants, the beach and several parks. It severed our family well and I would highly recommend it. I would not call it luxurious but overall a very nice place to stay. Belmont Shore is a gem spot for relaxing and enjoying excellent restaurants and coffee shops .

Beautiful Home and Great Location

The home is beautiful and centrally located. It was great being able to walk to 2nd street, Mother's Beach and our Daughter's home on the Island. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Owner Traian was super nice. Great location, close to beach and all restaurants on 2nd street. It was perfect for our stay while getting our daughter settled in at her dorm at CSU Long Beach. Will definitely stay here again for future trips! Thank you Traian and Carol!

Fantastic accommodation near LA

This apartment was just as nice as pictured- if not better. We felt comfortable all around with our children and lacked nothing. The accommodation is really very tasteful and furnished with love - and also Carol as hostess gave us the feeling to be welcome and to have an open ear for questions. We spent the most relaxing days of our entire trip in Long Beach!

Charm and Character

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy vintage California style home. The original architecture with curved arches and ceilings adds a lot of character. The decor is bright and light with pots of succulents viewed from every window. Traian and Carol went above and beyond when we needed help during our stay. The beach is a10 minute walk away and the location offers a lot more to explore both in the immediate area and for day trips.

Excellent location! Gracious and trusting hosts!!

** You won't be disappointed! We enjoyed a long-term stay that just ended and cannot say enough about the service, location and the home was even better than we had expected, especially given our long term needs. Two large bedrooms with plenty of room for a couple in each (in our case, we had our teenager in the other room, and he loved it too!) At night we could walk to the Bay or Ocean, both. We also found several new-favorite places to dine (all within walking distance). This is the heart of Belmont Shore for sure. 2nd street is just a half-block away which I found perfect because I could get there quick, but not be bothered by the activities during the night. I have been telling all my family and friends that this is a must-stay for them when they visit!

Very nice place in convenient location

Only thing we didn’t like was not having a curtain or shade to close at night on a street with constant foot traffic we notice almost every person turned their heads to look in as they walked by. Would of enjoyed some privacy. Also there were a lot of light switches that went to nothing

We are glad that you thought the house was nice and in a good location. Regarding the lack of privacy through the front window that you mentioned I am sorry that it disturbed you so much but it is a very popular area here near to 2nd street and the beach with many tourists -so we are used to that and it does not bother us. Since the houses are all built close to each other we are also used to people being nearby. WE feel this all adds to the charm and ambiance of the Belmont Shore area.

Great location, great stay!

We had a fabulous time at Carol and Traian's home. The location cannot be beat with easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and beaches and it's only a short drive away to other trendy beach towns, LA, and Disneyland. Their home is well appointed with everything you need and is very cozy and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay. My family will definitely be back!

Carol is a European Travel Advisor with her own travel company. We love to ski, cycle and ride motorcycles. WE love to meet new people and we love to travel. We are working on our bucket list for exploring the world! Traian is originally from Europe and Carol from Canada. WE look forward to hosting you and making your stay perfect in our cozy cottage near the Sea...in Southern California.

We chose this property because it is so well located near to shops, restaurants, services and the beach, and yet in a good quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. It is very well located to get into L.A. (32 miles) and to get to other interesting beaches along the coast like Huntington Beach and Laguna and Seal Beaches.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Being so close to the Beach, to the shops and restaurants allows you to walk everywhere without having to use your car! It is a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood -yet also so close to visit LA, Disneyland, all the beach cities very easily! We have the best of all worlds!!
