I am sorry Serge that you thought the check in process was hard, When a guest books I send a Nice welcome email that asks to upload the DL on the website email, Serge sent it to an email account that is not used :(( I was traveling when Serge booked which delayed my response and I hugely apologize. I let guest know before booking that if they have a big car please reserve the outdoor parking space Serge did not let me know until he arrived and the space was already booked by a big vehicle , I could not move them , its very rare that I have 2 Extra large Travel Vans at the same time , Th stairs are wood and I am sorry if they were noisy I have had them the same way for 5 years, I leave a lot more towels than 1 there is 2 beach towels, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face towels and even extra if needed, all you have to do is ask and If you need more I can have that organized immediately, Also I have new towels there as well as I buy new ones Frequently The counter tops are quartz and they are New as prior guests damaged them , just asking for a little courtesy not to put limes or acid products directly on them which you would not do to your own counters thats all, The deposit is $250 , I really don't think thats too much to ask, other hosts request $1000. I am sorry the Villa was not what you expected, I have had a lot of guests stay since and there comments are great to me just wish they would post them :) somehow you see only the bad reviews Susan

Beds are always the most difficult, LOL. Everyone has different tastes. I added mattress toppers recently and they appear to be making happier guests :)) Thanks for staying Robert and see you next time :)))

Thank you Sheila! I enjoyed chatting with you :)) I used to have the front of the villa posted, but on speaking with other hosts it was a safety concern. Other hosts had challenges with "unexpected guests" showing up because they could look at street views on the internet and locate their homes and would show up. So for the safety and privacy of my guests, I took it down. As always, I am just a phone call away :))
