Magníficamente ubicado en Ocean Blvd directamente enfrente del Océano Pacífico y Bluff Park con pasos a la playa al otro lado de la calle.

Esta villa de 2 dormitorios tiene amplias vistas al mar de Long Beach y el Queen Mary, la playa está al otro lado de la calle, a pie de Second ST está a solo 10 minutos, puedo alojar hasta 6 personas.

La Villa está en el 2do nivel, están divididos en el medio, esta Villa se encuentra a la IZQUIERDA en el piso de arriba cuando se mira directamente a la casa, las 2 ventanas a la izquierda son la Vista al Mar

Jardín trasero compartido con parrilla de gas propano, estacionamiento también disponible
La mayoría de los lugares de interés de Los Ángeles y Orange están a 30 minutos.

Beautiful view. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. The host couple were hospitable & friendly. Note..parking is not ideal but it works.

great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was incredible especially with the sunny days we had. The apartment was just as described and pictured. It also had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom and kitchen were GORGEOUS and were very modern. The apartment is in an old unit and the stairs squeeked and groaned going up so I was always worried about the downstairs guests but it was part of the charm of the building. It seemed like a typical bungalow from the golden days. We walked a block or two to the store and it was lovely and had everything we needed. Parking was a little bit of an issue as I am sure it is everywhere in Long Beach. The host was very good at communicating and working to solve the issues. The only con I could see is the beds could be updated. They were not super comfortable, but the bedding was lovely. There were plenty of pillows and blankets and fans to keep everything comfy. The rooms were nice and big and had space for our stuff. It was overall a fantastic stay.

Great Host, Location and clean

Susan was very responsive, very good to work with. She was very nice in both our email exchanges and on the phone. The location is directly across the street from the beach and there is a grocery store and restaurants within easy walking distance. The property itself was a little funky but nice, clean and we had everything we needed. However, we were unable to spend any time there due to the extreme heat during our stay. (108 in Long Beach the first day, it cooled? down to the 90’s for the next few days) There were numerous fans, which I'm sure is fine for normal beach weather but a suggestion would be to install window air conditioners at least in the bedrooms for these occasions. The bed we had was comfortable, but our friends said their bed sunk in the middle. (bedroom off the kitchen) It was their anniversary so I think they made the best of it :). Just as a note to future guests, it is advertised as an upstairs unit but keep in mind here is a steep wooden staircase to access so for anyone with mobility issues that should be considered.

Long Beach Location Villa

The property has great location but the listing does not clearly reveal that there are 3 rentals using the same backyard space and are connected. Written directions and a map on how to identify which villa is being rented vs entirely oral over the phone. Overall the property is nice and property manager responsive but the mattresses are in need of replacement.

Lots of plus but couple negatives

The gas barbecues in backyard were not usable. The gas was empty and couldn’t light. Cooking surface wasn’t pleasant. The beds were super soft but that is more of a preference than complaint. Overall very quiet and cozy

Wonderful Weekend

Perfect location for many adventures Long Beach offers. Cute older property. Equipped with everything we could possibly need. Clean. Easy check in. Susan was great and very accommodating! Neighbors were nice. Went on a warm day. Would recommend window a/c in living room :)

Perfect Location!

This house was in a great location! It was a very short walk to the beach (right across the road), restaurants and the Belmont Pier. It is an older home, but has been updated nicely. The creaks of the floor add to the charm of the property. Susan was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome view and location.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Having a quiet, romantic, dinner sitting at the tall dining table in front of the picture windows facing the ocean rivaled any restaurant we've been to! View is spectacular.

Long Beach with a view

Booked this great rental for a week long business trip. Enjoyed the view while working late nights and the extra space for family to come visit for a few evenings. The host, Susan was responsive and a pleasure.

Great location

This was a great location, as advertised. This is why we booked, and it was lovely. The property worked fine for 3 adults who needed separate sleeping quarters. The kitchen had the essentials. The beds were comfortable, and the other renters respected the quiet times. The place was clean and had nice decor. The check in and parking was complicated as we arrived in the dark and the house number was not visible. A picture of the front of the house on the website would be helpful. But the owner was helpful when we called for assistance and we finally got in. I would stay here again.

Close to the beach, really close, Unfotunatly Long Beach is a disaster,, trash everywhere

If any of the other guests in the other villas have laud music with base,,,, you have loud music with base. door locks can be tricky, and parking is for small vehicles only, lucky the host worked out parking for us..... would we stay again........ N0 :(

Kind of a mistake

First off, it is a joke to say this place accommodates six people. Four adults max can stay here comfortably! Also, we booked this place based on the amazing pictures of the garden area, where we thought we could host a small gathering. But BEWARE that you basically cannot use the garden space! The property managers have chosen to be total sticklers and literally require WRITTEN PERMISSION for any additional human beings who you may wish to enter the property while you are staying there. Once we realized that, we tried to request a refund, but the manager refused. As owners and renters of a beach house ourselves, we cannot imagine handling a misleading listing in this way. This ate up our budget for our daughter’s graduation weekend 😞 That said, here are the pros and cons of this property: PRO: * Cute and very clean apartment * sheets and comforters very soft * waterfront location with beautiful view CON: * The mattresses are terrible and need to be replaced * Hot water in shower takes forever to come out, and is barely a drip when it does * loudest refrigerator / freezer we have ever encountered, that buzzed all night

Awesome view and location

It's a perfect location from restaurants, beaches, DT , Pier. The villa comes with practically every thing you need for a comfy stay, the view from the living room is amazing!.. yeah the floors squeek but it's part of the charm lol. Also since it's right in front of a main street, it can get pretty loud but not a deal breaker for us. Susan was easy to communicate with, accommodating and really easy going. Will come back!

I moved to Long Beach from the UK 22 years ago and I Haven't left yet. I love the California Lifestyle and the fact that you can be on the beach in the morning & ski in the afternoon if you want, I think is amazing.

I just love the Long Beach location, You can be In LA or Orange County so quickly its so in the middle, which is great for both business and fun. its so convenient. Also the people here are so diverse and friendly.

I fell in love with this home for the View and the Architecture and that you can walk to Second street & the Beach with shops & restaurants only 3 blocks away.
