Discover the beauty of San Juan from this charming beachfront 1-bedroom apartment.
Enjoy the amazing sunsets over San Juan from your window at this cozy space. The apartment features a comfortable king bed and ceiling fans that make the ocean breezes a wonderful and soothing experience. The apartment is set up to be enjoyed for work or play with high-speed internet, smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also AC in the bedroom. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember or your long-term stay a productive and comfortable home.
Our building is located directly on the beach, not across the street, with access to the beach directly through a gate in the pool area. There's also a fitness room for guests to enjoy as well as a tennis court. A friendly pickleball group sets up on the beach in front of the building. In addition, or building has 24 hour security and reserved parking.
Condado area is a very walkable neighborhood with many high-end hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars, shops, groceries, pharmacies, and anything you may need nearby. There are many things to see and do in the area, such as kayaking on the Condado Lagoon or exploring the local sights on a scooter. Several museums are walking-distance, such as the Museum of Art and the Museum of Contemprary Art. We are also convenientely located 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Old San Juan, the fabulous colonial city.
