Justo al lado del Templo del Patrimonio Mundial de To-ji, se trata de un espacio recientemente renovado y espacioso.Desde la estación de Kioto (viaje en autobús 5 minutos + caminata 3 minutos) o (viaje Kintetsu 2 minutos + caminata 10 minutos).Se tarda unos 18 minutos a pie desde la estación de Kioto.También hay un servicio gratuito de recogida en la estación de Kioto.Usted puede relajarse en la tranquila zona residencial.Cama individual 2 + Futon 8 Capacidad hasta 10 personas.Como es un arriendo del edificio, úsalo sin dudarlo en familia, grupo.También hay dos baños, una amplia cocina + comedor y un patio.Hemos preparado champú, acondicionador para el cabello, jabón corporal, toalla de baño, toalla facial, secador de pelo y cepillo de dientes.Agua mineral, café de goteo y té verde también están disponibles de forma gratuita.A poca distancia a pie se encuentran el templo de Toji, los populares museos ferroviarios y acuarios con locomotoras de vapor y exhibiciones de trenes, y el cercano parque Meiokoji es perfecto para pasear y hacer footing.Hay un estacionamiento contratado para 1 automóvil (sin cargo), pero tenemos un automóvil con una longitud total de 4,500 mm (se requiere consulta).

Beautifully maintained home and excellent hosts

We loved staying here! It was super clean and comfortable and our kind hosts anticipated all our needs, as well as providing lots of useful information about the area and getting around. They even recommended a great restaurant where we had an amazing meal!

Wonderful place in Kyoto

We loved our stay in Kyoto and found the attention of our host so very welcoming and helpful. The house was well provisioned, clean and located conveniently near public transportation. We highly recommend this guest house!

Fantastic host and great location

Takashi was a fantastic host. He was very generous with transportation to and from the train station and helpful with local activities. The house was spacious and quite enjoyable for relaxation, sleep, and cooking. It was in a great location to get to many of the sites by bus, train, or walking.

Very pleasant experience

The property was very comfortable, well equipped and in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy access to all sightseeing spots by bus or train. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly.

KINDEST HOST WITH A SUPER HOME

The house is perfect, plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked, love the heated floors, however, the host is what takes the cake. Picked us and dropped us off at the bus station and then continued to help us with the rest of our trip. Best stay on our entire trip.

Small getaway in Kyoto

Amazing stay in Kyoto, out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kyoto yet close enough to get to Kyoto station via bus. It was also quite close to Toji Temple which allowed us to view it alone in the closing hours. It is hard to get a taxi, but if you're okay with public transporation then this is a great spot. Takashi is a great host and was more than helpful. He gave us a ride to and from Kyoto Station.

Kyoto Temp Home

My family and I were so impressed about the cleanliness of this property. We had access to all amenities and every instruction had English translation. The location is very convenient as it is a walking distance from the train station, grocery stores, combini and restaurants. The owner was very nice. We had a good experience during our stay and wished to stay again in this property when we come back to Kyoto.

Wonderful rental in Kyoto!

We had a very comfortable stay in this home in Kyoto. This rental was located near the beautiful Toji Temple, a few restaurants and convenience stores and a little longer walk to the Kyoto station, department stores, etc. It was comfortable for our family of four, very clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host picked us up from the train station and dropped us back off there after the stay which was great since we had a lot of luggage and space in the taxis can be limited. He also provided a helpful walk through of the rental that provided us with information we needed about the home.

Fabulous week in Kyoto

We loved staying in this house in Kyoto. The owner is very kind and attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. He even picked us up from the train station! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood of Kyoto, about 15-20 minutes walk from the main train station. Good location for our family (maybe not the best location if you are looking to party at night). There are bus stops about 3-5 minutes walk from the house. Bus service works really well. We had a wonderful stay at this house.

A great place in Kyoto

This property was the nicest place we rented in Japan. The kitchen was lovely and stocked with useful supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great and helped us stay cool even during the heat wave. The bathroom was stocked with plentiful amounts of towels and toiletries. The host Takashi, was amazing and helpful. He helped us get from the train station to the rental and then took us back to the train station. I have never experienced that kind of service through a VRBO rental. The house was located 2 blocks from the most beautiful temple grounds called Toji Temple. We walked past that every day and stopped to visit the shrines and pagoda. My teenage boys loved sleeping on the futons and tatami mats in the second bedroom. It really felt like we experienced what it might be like to live in a nice neighborhood in Kyoto. We took the bus frequently because the train station was a little bit far. We all loved it, would highly recommend to a family or 2 couples.

Perfect Japanese Home Away from Home

This house's location, a 20-min. walk from Kyoto station is perfect meaning close to the action yet once at home it is very relaxing. Completely renovated, 2 stories, decorated with taste, it offers all the comfort needed.The kitchen is well equiped including a table with chairs. Otherwise, there are tatamis/cushions. There are 2 single western beds located on the 2nd floor or many futons. I appreciated being able to use the washer too. Takashi dots upon his guests, ensuring we have everything needed, making us feel more than welcome. Again "MERCI" Takashi!

Great hospitality(Premier Host)

This is the first time I booked ab&b in Japan. The host Mr Takashi was very courteous and nice. He offered to pick us up and dropped us off to Kyoto station. The house is very clean and well prepared with towels and all needed to stay in his house. The only negative thing that I must say was that we have to leave all out stuff in our suitcase up in front by the front door. It is a bit inconvenient. I would recommend this house to everyone specially with kids since the other bedroom was right next to the master bedroom.

Kyoto rental near Toji temple

We have been doing Vrbo rentals for over 15 years and have never come across service like we did here. As a smaller group, we were picked up and dropped off at the train station (Who does that?!). The house was very clean, tidy and well organized. There were descriptive labels and instructions throughout the house which made navigating our time at Kimi house very simple. He will take you through and explain fine details at drop off. The house was supplied with mostly everything required during a stay, even coffee, tea and cookies! Supermarkets and bus stations are within walking distances. The communication and instruction beforehand was perfect when unclear on routes. Any questions asked were quickly answered. Incroyable prestation

Takashi fait tout pour que vous soyez à l'aise chez vous! La maison est parfaitement propre, facile à utiliser avec tous le confort nécessaire. Takashi est là pour vous aider si vous avez besoin, son anglais est parfait! La maison est bien située, à 17 minutes de la gare à pieds, à 10 minutes des bus et du métro. Encore merci à Takashi pour ce merveilleux séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

清潔感に溢れていて過ごしやすい家

清潔で布団も寝心地がよくリラックス出来る物件でした。 車通りもほぼなく静かなエリアでした。 徒歩圏内に東寺、イオンモール、京都駅があり便利です。イオンや京都駅まで約20分ほどで、小さい子供が居たらちょっと厳しいかもです。ですが、私の４歳児は文句言いながら歩けました。苦笑

Have it a four star for location as we had a car and car parking was just a few steps down the road, but little off the main sites. Great host who responded promptly on inquiries, gave us good recommendations and advice. Thoroughly pleasant experience!
