These 5 bedrooms (+ 1 additional bonus room with another bed) in this home are truly designed for style & comfort, each with their own smart TV! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed as well, while the third has one queen bed.

Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has a king bed & the fifth bedroom has a queen bed. Right off of the game room, an additional bonus room also has another queen bed!

There are 3 full, modern bathrooms throughout this home. On the main floor, the master ensuite bathroom has two sinks, toilet, and a shower/tub combo. Right down the hall, the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the third bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
