The main level features two bedrooms, a full marble bathroom, a living room with wraparound windows and a stone wood-burning fireplace, and an updated marble kitchen that flows into a dining room with a gas fireplace and garden views. A sun room with a changing area and powder room opens directly to the privately fenced backyard, where you’ll find an Olympic-sized swimming pool, hot tub, and a well-maintained lawn surrounded by natural greenery.



Upstairs includes two large suites and two guest rooms. The master suite offers a walk-in closet, soaking tub, dual vanity, and a spa-like shower. The junior suite features a fireplace, walk-in closet, seating area, and a bathroom with a shower and bench. The two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two sets of extra long twin bunk beds, share a full bath with soaking tub and shower. Other Things to Note:

Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
