The Space:

Sunlight pours through the open living space as you step inside, and the gentle hum of a Florida breeze drifts through the palm‑lined streets outside. You can picture a morning coffee at the kitchen island, afternoons splashing in the pool, and evenings gathered around the game room for a friendly match of air hockey. The house feels instantly spacious, inviting every member of your group to unwind and make memories together.

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and a dishwasher, making meal prep easy. A nearby dining table seats the whole party, and children’s dinnerware plus a high chair are provided for family meals.

A dedicated space houses an air hockey table and foosball, delivering built‑in entertainment for guests of all ages.



Living area

The large living area flows naturally from the kitchen, with plenty of seating for movie nights or casual conversation. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a washer‑dryer unit keep comfort and convenience at hand.

Practical details

Self check‑in is handled through a smart lock, and the home welcomes pets, making it truly pet‑friendly. Long‑term stays are allowed, providing flexibility for extended Florida getaways.



With space for up to 12 guests, six bedrooms, five baths, and a blend of indoor and outdoor amenities, this family‑friendly retreat offers a relaxed base for exploring Central Florida while enjoying the comforts of home.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
