The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed porch, feel the gentle Florida breeze and hear the soft rustle of palm fronds as you settle into a spacious retreat built for families and groups. Mornings drift by with coffee in a bright, open living space, while afternoons invite splashes in the pool and friendly competition in the game room. Evenings unwind on the patio, where the hot tub steams under a pastel sky and conversations stretch long into the night.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers six bedrooms across two levels, providing a total of eight beds for up to twelve guests:

- Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 Queen Bed – sleeps 2

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 King Bed – sleeps 2

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 1 King Bed – sleeps 2

- Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed – sleeps 2

- Bedroom 5 (upstairs): 2 Twin Beds – sleeps 2

- Bedroom 6 (upstairs): 1 Queen Bed – sleeps 2



All rooms include bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, clothing storage and hangers.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space and a dishwasher makes meal prep easy. A nearby dining table seats the whole group, and children’s dinnerware plus a high chair keep family meals hassle‑free.



Living area

The large living area flows naturally into the kitchen and dining space, creating a central hub for cooking, watching TV or simply gathering. Ceiling fans, air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, and a washer and dryer support both short stays and longer visits.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a pool surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture; heating can be added for an additional charge. A hot tub offers a soothing spot for evening relaxation. Resort access at ChampionsGate opens shared amenities such as additional pools, a lazy river and a fitness center.

Located in The Retreat at ChampionsGate in Davenport, the home sits just 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Restaurants, attractions and everyday conveniences are within easy reach, letting you balance adventure with downtime.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
