Step outside to enjoy two screened-in porches (one with a private hot tub), a deck with a BBQ grill, a level yard, a firepit area, and a playset for kids.
Just across the lane, you’ll have access to tennis and basketball courts, hiking trails, and a seasonal community pool and hot tub (open Memorial Day–Labor Day).

Main Level – Enter the Adventure
Enter via the easy-access ramp entrance and step into the heart of Wildflower!

Lower Level – Where the Fun Begins
🐝 The Hive (Bedroom 2): Relax by the glow of the wood-burning fireplace in a plush king bed.
🪺 Bird’s Nest (Bedroom 3): Peaceful queen bed for a cozy retreat.
🔥 Campfire Circle (Bedroom 4): Perfect for families and friends with a queen bed, bunk beds (2 twins), plus a twin trundle that rises to full height.

You’ll have full access to the entire cabin, including all themed rooms, the spacious yard, and community amenities — from scenic hiking trails to tennis and basketball courts, plus a seasonal pool and hot tub (open Memorial Day–Labor Day).

*Arrival packet with door code & directions sent after rental agreement is returned and within 3 days of your stay

*Self-catering property: starter amenities provided for first use only
*Trash/recyclables must be properly bagged & placed in outside bin to avoid wildlife and extra fees
*Cancellation Policy: A $25 processing fee will be charged for all canceled reservations.
*Mailed items: USPS does not provide service in the community. UPS/FedEx are not always guaranteed. Potomac Property Group is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

*No daily housekeeping unless prior request and payment received; washer & dryer available
*Septic systems: Our septic systems are fragile, items such as feminine products, paper towels, excess toilet paper, or anything else that does not belong in a toilet can cause a backup in the system. Additional charges will apply in the event you cause a clogged toilet.

Additional Charges May Apply for the Following:
$500 – Smoking inside the property or leaving smoking debris outside.
$100 per item – Moving or relocating furniture.
$450 – Damage to HVAC due to improper thermostat settings (below 68°F in summer or above 75°F in winter).
$200 – Trash not bagged/disposed of properly or left behind.
$250 – Improper use or damage to the hot tub.
$90 per occurrence – Clogged toilets due to misuse.
