This unique property features three private homes on one lot, offering 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and ample space for everyone. Enjoy exclusive amenities including a refreshing outdoor pool, indoor arcade games, a ping pong table, and a cozy fire pit. Centrally located, you're close to everything Phoenix has to offer while enjoying the privacy of your own space.
The Space:
✨ Top Amenities
• The Mega-Compound: Renting all three units gives you exclusive access to the entire property, including the private pool at the Main House and the fire pit lounge at the Bungalow.
• Endless Entertainment: Your group will never be bored with a full-size ping pong table, NBA JAM, an indoor basketball arcade, cornhole, and bocce ball spread across the homes.
• Flexibility & Privacy: Three separate buildings mean early risers and night owls can coexist perfectly without waking each other up.
🏠 Inside the Homes (The Layout) You are booking the entire triplex. Here is the breakdown of the three distinct homes on the property:
1. The Main House (Unit A)
• Vibe: Spacious and open, featuring a rustic brick fireplace and a giant ping pong table right in the living room.
• Kitchen: A full chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig.
• Sleeping (4 Bedrooms / 2 Baths): Bedroom 1 has a King bed and en-suite bath. Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a full-over-full bunk bed. Note: Bedroom 3 is a newly renovated room, so professional photos are coming soon!
2. The Casita (Unit B)
• Vibe: A cozy, quiet, and private 2-bedroom retreat located in the middle of the property.
• Kitchenette: Equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker (no stove or oven).
• Sleeping (2 Bedrooms / 1 Bath): Bedroom 1 features a plush King bed. Bedroom 2 is a newly converted bunk room with two twin mattresses (photos coming soon!).
3. The Bungalow (Unit C)
• Vibe: The ultimate game room and hangout spot located at the rear of the property, featuring arcade games and a casual, fun layout.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen for group meals (Note: The oven temperature display is in Celsius).
• Sleeping (3 Bedrooms / 1 Bath): Bedroom 1 has a King bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 Single beds.
⚠️ Honest Expectations (Read Before Booking)
• The Layout: This is not one giant mega-mansion. It is three separate buildings on one lot. You will use outdoor pathways to walk between the Main House, the Casita, and the Bungalow.
• Parking Logistics: Park two vehicles on the driveaway. All other vehicles in your group must utilize the free street parking directly in front of the house. There is plenty of street space, but we want you to plan accordingly!
• Bathroom Coordination: While the property sleeps a massive group, please note that the rear Bungalow (Unit C) has 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom. Large groups should coordinate morning shower routines.
• Desert Landscaping & Pool: The backyard at the rear unit features a natural desert and dirt landscape designed for yard games. The Main House pool is unheated, which is refreshing in the summer but chilly in the winter months of November through March.
Guest Access:
• Entry: 100% Contactless Self Check-in. Each of the three houses has its own secure keypad on the front door. We will provide the codes for all three units prior to your arrival.
• Accessing the Units: The Main House is right up front. To access the Casita and the Bungalow, your group will use the side pathway that leads to the rear of the property. We recommend rolling luggage for the guests staying in the back units!
The Neighborhood:
Located in the 85015 zip code, you are situated in a classic Central Phoenix residential neighborhood.
• The Vibe: A blend of working families and renovated properties. It is an urban environment, so you get the convenience of the city with a neighborhood feel.
• Nearby: You are just minutes from the "Melrose District" on 7th Ave, known for its vintage shops, incredible antique stores, and trendy mid-century modern aesthetic.
• Dining: Plenty of local favorites for tacos, coffee, and brunch are within a 5-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This location is a launchpad for the entire Valley of the Sun:
• Downtown Phoenix: 10-to-12-minute drive (Sports, Concerts, Convention Center).
• Old Town Scottsdale: 20-to-25-minute drive (Nightlife, Shopping).
• Sky Harbor Airport: 15-to-20-minute drive.
