OCTOBER SALE 10-15% Off DIRECT BEACH 1st floor Unit No Stairs!

Hi! This first floor unit is freshly updated, DIRECT oceanfront, and literally steps from both the pool and beach! Our renters have raved about the high top chairs and watching the ocean. It is a direct view. This was family-owned for years and is just entering the rental market! As this is our first year, we only have about ten reviews. They have all been good! We are therefore offering discounts!

We are located in the very desirable Sea Cloisters 1 complex, which is very well-maintained and in family friendly (meaning no hotels or high rises) Surfside Beach, SC.

We are an Ohio family who has vacationed here every summer since 2007. We LOVE it here! We LOVE this unit as it is on the 1st floor, so no steps! It is updated (new paint, bathroom, etc.) and is tastefully decorated!

We want to make your stay easy so we:

1. FedEx all keys and information prior to your stay, so you never have to wait in line to get a key, which gives you more time at the beach and pool!

2. We provide bath towels and linens. Your bed will be made when you show up!

3. We are not property managers...we are the owners. You will have our direct number in case of any issues that arise.

Our complex also has two designated parking spots per unit, so parking is never an issue. We have a large pool with chairs and tables! Kid friendly, clean, and safe! The walkover to the beach is directly behind our pool!

Our condo features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a hair dryer, and a living room with a DIRECT ocean view with an additional full bed (a pull out couch will be available after December 1st, 2025). We have a washer and dryer unit in the condo as well as a smart TV and WiFi.

Please comparison shop! We have one of the most competitive prices on first row condos as we are starting out lower to build our business!

*** All summer rentals from May 1st until August 31st MUST start or end on a Saturday. We CANNOT rent mid-week to mid-week or Sunday to Sunday as it throws off our calendar and cleaning schedule! The exception is if you want 5 days within that time frame e.g. "Monday - Friday". Thanks!

*** Our oceanfront complex was recently featured on HGTV!

2025 UPDATE: Master bathroom remodeled with a walk-in shower w/a seat! New appliances and freshly painted!

*** We want you to know that we have made a commitment to continually upgrade our condo so that it will always look clean
and "fresh" and never "dated."

We loved staying here. The location was perfect for shopping, dining, and visiting the pier. The room was clean, the property was well maintained, and the pool was great. The porch was so relaxing and we loved the direct access to the beach.

Our first time staying in Surfside Beach. Perfect location. Pool was steps from our room, as was the beach. Kitchen was well equipped w everything needed to cook meals. The pots and pans were in good shape and the knives were sharp! Robert was great to work with. We would love to come back!

The keys were sent to us prior to arrival date so easy "check in".Property is well kept.Ocean front view on ground floor was outstanding.Located in a mixed rental/residential area.Very quiet and laidback.It is located in a small complex which makes it even better.

This was a lovely, clean, ideally situated vacation. We had a beautiful view and the beach is literally steps away. Our host provided everything we needed, even coffee! Perfect location :)

Let’s start out by saying this is hands down the best Condo I have stayed in while visiting Myrtle Beach/Surfside. It was clean, the property was nice, pool was perfect and the location was key. We will for sure be renting again. The owner Robert was also very respectful and responsive to any questions we had.

Communication with the owner has been top notch! The condo was amazing, it was literally steps to the beach and pool, and it was perfectly stocked for us. We will definitely be booking for two more weeks next year - wish I could stay a month!

This was our 1st time at this property and we LOVED this condo. Beautifully decorated with every amenity possible. Check in was effortless and no problems with anything at the condo. The view was awesome worh sunrises & sunsets looking over the dunes. Just steps to the beach and pool. Oceanfront! Screened in porch wonderful to dine out on it. Already booked 2027 back to it. Thank you! We recently acquired this condo and therefore don't have a lot of reviews. We bought this condo as it is in a great location, clean, updated, and since it is on the 1st floor, is SUPER convenient for the pool and the beach. The screened in porch is a huge plus as well. We look for to building our business and renting to you in the future!

We provide personal service at prices that are excellent and oftentimes are lower than many of the local mass-market rental agencies. We encourage you to comparison shop!

We love how close everything is. You can walk right out to the beach, which makes things very easy if you want to take a break from the sun! This area is full of restaurants, many within walking distance....Everything from seafood to steak places to Japanese and 'sports bar' cuisine is minutes away. Lots of great food and drink specials at many of the local establishments. Restaurant row in Murrels Inlet is a 10 minute drive. We have tried all of the restaurants and can make recommendations! Just text us!

Our family's condo is located in the town of Surfside, SC. Surfside is about 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach in a SAFE, beautiful, residential, family friendly area with no high rise hotels! We are in the Sea Cloisters I complex. This is a beach and golf lovers dream. Many of our guests golf in the morning then hit the beach in the afternoon. Perfect for family vacations as you will not find a nicer property in this price range and location. Minutes (walking distance) from dozens of restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
