Awesome location

This condo was the perfect place for us to stay in Maui. This property is a smaller, older complex. It is a quite, family friendly complex right across beautiful public beaches and everything you need within walking distance. We used all the beach stuff that was provided and walk across the street. We used the bbqs grills that were in the pool area or prepared food in the kitchen that is fully stocked. Maureen is great host and was easy to communicate. Any thing we needed, we let her know and she would drop it off within a day. Maureen also was kind enough to allow us a later checkout which was much appreciated so we could spend the morning at the beach and come back, clean up and leave for our evening flight. We would recommend this unit. *There was construction just starting as the complex next door is expanding. We never heard any noise and we didn't mind the watching the process. Thx Maureen for being such a good host.

We had a wonderful time at Maureen’s place. She was extremely communicative and the condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. She has thought of everything and we had an amazing time. The location is great and in walking distance of a beautiful beach, restaurants, and stores. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable, great location and reasonably priced!

We enjoyed our stay at this vrbo in Kihei. It has been a long time since I have been to Maui so I was not sure where this property was in location to everything. It was located in Kihei which is a nice town by the beach. Wailea Beach is not too far away also. Several great restaurants were within walking distance. It was nice to be able to make our own breakfast in the morning and we had ample room to move around (especially compared to a hotel room). We had our 2 boys with us (16 & 18) so it was nice that they had their own bathroom. The unit itself was easy to locate and was right by the elevator with a view of the ocean. They had boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs available. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, lots of plates, dishes, etc. and a Keurig coffee maker. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Thank you very much.

Super Nice Condo Owner

We have been to Maui many times and stayed in numerous condos, but this was the "first" time a host had a welcome basket on the counter for guests. That was a nice touch. We found the condo to be very clean. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals, is roomy and there were many useful items to use on the beach included. Having a condo host that actually lives on Maui, was great. She was a great source of information and. Our stay in Maui was made even better because we lucked out getting such a great condo.

Awesome view, relaxing space....perfect vacation

From the moment we stepped into this well appointed condo with a gorgeous ocean view, I just knew we picked the right place for our wedding anniversary. Not only is this condo just a short walk from my favorite beach but the entire condo has been updated and tastefully decorated. The. beds were comfortable and ample pillows sheets and towels were provided . Also, I was impressed with and appreciated the large capacity washer/ dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, and welcome basket filled with fresh fruit, chocolates and coffee. Lastly, communication with the owner was excellent and she even offered to meet us there. We loved our stay so much that we are looking to rent this home away from home again as soon as we can!

Awesome condo with everything we could have possibly needed.

We go to Kehei every year and this was probably the best condo we have stayed in. If I had to put in 1 complaint it would be that there was no hot water from the kitchen sink. Shower was luke-warm. Also the internet was minimal but both of those things did not hinder our stay. Thank-you Maureen

Great location, great host, and beautiful views!

We had some hiccups but Maureen was completely accommodating and made our vacation the best it could be. The hot water heater went out our first night but she paid for and arranged lodging for us so that we could still have hot showers. The view from this condo was the best of anywhere we stayed and she had the kitchen well outfitted with utensils, spices, dishes, etc. and the closet full of anything you would need to enjoy the beach. We did have to rent some fins for snorkeling but that was it. It’s a great location with easy access to a beach with spectacular sunset views and walking distance to several Kihei shops and our personal favorite, Maui Bread Co. (their morning pastries and savory buns were to die for!) Pool was warm and not too crowded. Certainly saved a lot of money being able to easily cook at the condo too. Maureen also loaned us a pack n play and high chair which was a major plus! We would definitely stay here whenever we’re back on the island.

Great place for a gir get-together

This condo was a perfect place to meet up with a friend for a three day getaway. The kitchen was updated well equipped and there was a lovely welcome basket waiting when we arrived. The location in Kihei was easy to find and a short trip to and from the airport. There were plenty of restaurants close by and also a grocery store to pick up a few things. I will definitely plan to stay here the next time I visit Maui.

Wonderful location

This condo was in a great location. The view was very pretty. The condo was very clean had everything we needed for our family. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen appliances were new but some updated cookware would be nice. There were lots of extra linens and towels. The condo was decorated well. Maureen was helpful and answered questions in a very timely fashion. We would love to stay there again.

Great condo

This condo had everything we needed. The location, right across the street from Charlie Young Beach, is perfect. Short walk to the best beaches, restaurants, shops, and the always welcome ABC store! Nice pool and the BBQ's were used often. Also, the owner, Maureen, was here to show us how things worked, and a lovely fruit basket was here to greet us. Thank you!

Small clean unit

Very well equipped unit that is totally renovated. Only down side is condo compound is run down. Very nice owners who left a nice gift basket and were very accommodating to let us have a late checkout.

A wonderful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Michael and Maureen's condo. The unit had everything you could ask for right down to a spice rack. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Pacific Shores is perfectly located across the street from the beach and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The owners went the extra bit, by holding our luggage as we had a late night flight out. I would highly recommend the condo. The only disappointment was that the view wasn't closer to the water.

Maureen was wonderful And property was convenient to walk to beach and restaurants and shopping

Our trip to Maui was absolutely fabulous the property we stayed at was a condominium which I was not aware of or was not paying attention to but Maureen the proprietor was absolutely fabulous even though I never personally met her but through telephone calls and text messages she was very gracious and allowed us to check in early and after realizing we had an expedition later on or check out day she again was absolutely wonderful and allowed us to check out later. She had a basket of fruit and goodies waiting for us which was very much appreciated. The property was very clean the property was right across from the beach and walking distance to some shopping and several restaurants. I would give this experience and a plus.

Awesome Kihei Condo

Some friends and I booked a trip last minute to Maui for a engagement/proposal to my friends girlfriend. This condo in Kihei was absolutely perfect. Maureen was very prompt in her response time and proved to be very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this particular space to anyone wishing to have a home base with all the means to have a wonderful time. The condo is well stocked for cooking any meals you would wish to make at home and comfortable beds/clean bathrooms. There are also lots of beach toys/accessories/towels should you need anything for your day hanging out on the beautiful beaches nearby. The biggest plus is the gorgeous view of the beach and sunset from the balcony. Thank you Maureen! Hopefully we will be back again :)

Amazing Condo!

Great stay for our family of 5! Really clean and very well stocked with everything. Maureen was fantastic to work with. Easy walk to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great view of ocean from lanai. We did BBQ and use the spa. It was also great having the washer and dryer. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back soon! Aloha for now.

Very comfortable, with a wonderful view!!

Maureen was wonderful and so easy to work with. Every time I texted or email her she got back to me asap, and was always willing to help. The condo was just exactly what was advertised and very comfortable. If our travels take us back to Maui I would look this condo up again.

Condo was in a great location, right across the street from awesome beach and close to restauants.

We loved our stay in this condo, it was perfect! We were fully stocked with everything we could need including washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, and snorkel gear! Kitchen was fully stocked as well with every utensil you could think of. The complex had a nice pool and jacuzzi with BBQs, which we used several times. We've stayed in resorts before on past trips to Maui, but having this condo was so much more convenient. The condo itself was very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. Maureen was super sweet and even welcomed us with a basket of fresh fruit, chocolates, and Hawaiian coffee! Overall, we would highly recommend! Great location, close to many amazing beaches. We rented a car, but condo is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. We would definitely book another stay here on future trips!

We had a great time in Maui & highly recommend this condo!

Maureen THANK YOU so much for your hospitality while staying at your condo! This condo and the owner are wonderful. The condo is decorated beautifully and still feels very homey and comfortable. Maureen has done a great job of thinking of everything you might need while staying there, from blow dryers and toiletries in both bathrooms to both plastic and glass dishware/glasses to meet every entertainment need to plenty of beach towels and beach chairs/umbrellas to enjoy a day in the sun. While not directly on the beach you do have a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The complex is quiet but there is also enough activity in the pool area to make it enjoyable. There was a small mishap in the condo one day while we were sight-seeing and Maureen was immediately there and able to take care of everything for us before we got back so that there was minimal impact to our stay. From our initial discussion about renting the condo to talking with her after our return to the mainland (we forgot something that she graciously sent us) she has been the best VBRO contact we have worked with to date. We would highly recommend staying at this condo when visiting Maui.

Convenient, classy condo in a great complex

What a great spot! Just a few minutes walk to the beach or to dining or shopping. So convenient to everything in South Kihei. The condo itself was roomy enough for us (two couples), and having the two bathrooms was ideal. Cute lanai with ocean/sunset views. The washer and dryer were helpful to have in the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards were available too. The complex also had bbq's, pool and hot tub which we also made use of. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place!

Really nice condo. Great kitchen with great dishes and glasses. Everything was very stylish, and above all VERY VERY VERY clean. Great location. Would absolutely stay there again.
