Home is EAST of Coastal Highway in Fenwick Island and the address is EAST South Carolina Ave. not WEST. 1 OFF the ocean front with access to the beach on Atlantic Street or South Carolina Street. 4 Parking Spaces.

Home features 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room, one bathroom and a refreshing outside shower. Also has a prefect size full kitchen and family room. There is a large 3 season room for the kids to watch TV and to dine. Home has 3 window units to keep you cool should you opt out of the ocean breeze at night. Relax and unwind in this awesome space, perfect for a peaceful getaway. This home is right up the street from Nantucket's and Atlantic Shoals Surf Shop. It is a 1/2 a mile from Ocean City, Maryland and 4 miles to Bethany Beach, DE. Pet has to be approved by the owner and the owner lives upstairs.
