New in 2022! Quaint Beach House Half a block from the beach in North OC

LOCATION, LOCATION! Close proximity to the ocean without paying oceanfront prices.

This lower level unit is a completely renovated duplex (Summer 2022) It features one of the best locations Ocean City has to offer. Located in North Ocean City, only steps away from the beach, on a quiet residential street. It's just a short walk (<5 min) to restaurants, mini golf, movies, shopping and convenience stores. Bus line pickup is close by. This unit is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme.

The Space:
It features 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, living room, sleeps up to 7 but 5 or 6 guests would be more comfortable due to the size of the unit. There is private parking in our yard. Some of the features for this unit include: semi-private yard (shared with upper unit), full size washer/dryer, outdoor shower, backyard grill, flat smart screen TV's in every room, Keurig, stainless appliances, and front porch with resort style comfy chairs.

Other Things to Note:
July and August rentals run Friday-Friday due to the cleaning schedule.
* Rates do not include 6 and 5% tax and $100 cleaning fee.

House was wonderful, so well stocked with things and so many beach essentials. My kids loved how close and walkable everything was. Kimberly was very easy to work with and also very responsive. We definitely would stay again.

Amazing location, perfect for families!

We had such a great time -- the proximity to the beach is incredible, and it's walkable to multiple food and ice cream places. The two other standout features for us were all the toys and games available in the house for the kids, and the plethora of beach equipment and activities in the shed to pick from. We never ran out of things to do or new things to bring to the beach, and we didn't get to try everything we wanted to!

Great beach getaway!

We had a great time at this thoughtfully laid out beach getaway. It was just what we were looking for! While 856 sq ft sounds small, smart design helps this space feel much larger. We had 3 young kids and 3 adults and fit well. There were also plenty of puzzles, games and beach toys, chairs, and other equipment. We just had to bring our sheets and towels and had everything we needed. The beach is a short stroll away, and it was full but not overly crowded on the weekend. We ate in more than out and enjoyed having the grill. Kim, our host, was great with communication & checking in, and it was lovely to meet her during our stay. We hope to return soon!

Great place, great location

Our stay at this property was really great. The accommodations are up to date, you’re a super short walk from the beach and from restaurants, and the communication with the lister was seamless. Would definitely stay here again. There are also some small details that really make this rental a cut above the rest. There was a welcome package with soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc upon checking in. There was also a guest Netflix available to use in every room. You don’t always get those amenities at other rentals.

Great place!

We loved staying here! The location is fantastic, as well as the parking spots and little yard. The place is very comfortable and includes everything you might need, including beach gear. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

Throughly enjoyed our time. Kim (owner) was amazing and so easy to work with. Definitely renting again and I highly recommend her warm and comfortable home!

Great rental.

I wish I would have known about this rental before. I would rent here every year. Just remember that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. Location has chairs , beach toys and everything you need. Walk to beach is less than 2 minutes.

One of a kind gem

I used to stay at this house when I was a child and was delighted to see the updates and renovations come to life. This house is a one of a kind gem in a sea of bland condos. Plenty of room outside and inside to spread out and relax while steps from the beach. Kudos!

Wonderful stay! Great location

Kim was such an awesome and accommodating host. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our time there! One of our favorite features was how close the property is to the beach, which was especially convenient with our young children. The home was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Our kids are already asking when we can go back to the beach house!

5 star condo and location

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the condo. It was immaculate and located just footsteps away from the beach! There was also a backyard which was perfect for our little girl. The condo itself was very clean and decorated beautifully. Many great eating locations are nearby. We will definitely visit again in future!

Great family getaway

Our family of 5 wanted to visit the OC area but not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. This property was perfect! Driving a little south into OC or a little north to Bethany for dinner and activities was not a big deal, very easy and close distance. When we wanted to stay put, the beach right at the end of the street was awesome and never over crowded and there are plenty of restaurants close enough to walk/bike to. The house itself was exceptionally clean, spacious and everything felt brand new. Nicely stocked with things we needed and the check-in/check-out process was easy. The owner was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and prompt with responses. Very pleased with this property and will definitely keep it on our list of places to stay when visiting MD/DE beaches!

Bachelorette party to go!

My daughter is getting married in July and we needed a place to have her Bachelorette party. We decided on Ocean City because it was a place none of us had ever been to, but wasn’t too far away from home (2.5hrs). We found this rental and thought it would be perfect! It was exactly that! It is small, quaint, in the heart of everything, and the owner maximized every inch of space that it has to offer! It is decorated beautifully coastal and has everything you need to make you feel right at home! From dishes to linens, from a cozy porch to plenty of parking, it is a great place to bring your family to unwind! It’s only walking distance to the beach, close to all the restaurants and shops, and we went to Windmill Creek Winery which is only 15mins away! A must do!!! Kim, the property manager met us there in person to hand us the key. She was friendly, helpful, communicative, and a wealth of information in regards to nearby activities and the community! When we arrived, she was in the process of creating flowerbeds to welcome future guests and they turned out beautifully!!! She even honored a special request I had which helped the girls and I to make it to our next event on time! I am so grateful for her kindness! I couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay! I highly recommend this hidden coastal gem! As for me and my crew, we will definitely be coming back to stay here! Only next time, it will be for no less than a week!

We'd like to welcome you to our beach rental. We purchased our home in December 2020 and we've been renovating it ever since! What started out as a paint job, ended up being a total gut job, right down to the studs (and even then, we moved some walls)! We've taken great pride in this renovation project and we hope to have built something for many families to enjoy for years to come!
