THE SPACE
This cozy home offers a well-equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, and room to relax or play. Enjoy quality time with board games inside or head outside to the fenced-in backyard, where a spacious deck and BBQ grill make outdoor dining a breeze.

- Well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances
- High-speed internet
- Large deck with dining area, BBQ grill, and gas fire pit.
- Fenced-in backyard
- Laundry center in the unfinished basement (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, detergent)
- Covered Patio area with conversation furniture.
- Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room include Roku on-air TV and the Roku Channel, Pluto TV, Tubi, Plex, etc. Guest may also add their own streaming apps.
- Each bedroom contains a premium mattress, black-out curtains, and 100% cotton linens
GUEST ACCESS
You have access to then entire home with the exception of the outdoor shed and the host's storage room in the basement.
This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Yale August keypad lock on the front door. No keys to lose or to return!
You will also be given a code to open the overhead garage door.

-No check-out tasks! All we ask is that you make sure you have all your belongings, shut any open windows, and lock the doors.
