Bienvenido a Coligny Villas !! ¿Buscas una escapada tranquila a la playa que se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa y Coligny Plaza? ¡Entonces no busques más!

Este es un townhome de dos pisos con 2 habitaciones y 1 ½ baño. El nivel principal de esta villa ofrece muebles acogedores ofrecen una gran cantidad de asientos cómodos para su familia. La apertura de la sala de estar y el comedor proporcionan un excelente lugar de reunión para familiares y amigos. La sala de estar se abre a un bonito patio con asientos al aire libre y parrilla de gas y está a pocos pasos de la piscina. La cocina totalmente equipada tiene bonitas encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de tamaño completo y la comodidad de una lavadora y secadora en la sala de lavandería contigua.

Ubicado en el segundo nivel, tiene sus dos habitaciones con un baño compartido ubicado justo al lado del pasillo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size con mucho espacio de tocador / armario y un televisor de pantalla plana. Desde el balcón del dormitorio principal puede disfrutar de las vistas del patio y la zona de la piscina. El segundo dormitorio ofrece dos camas queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana.

La villa cuenta con WIFI seguro, así que mantente conectado al mundo real como lo desees.

El Coligny Villas se encuentra a solo 2 calles de la playa y a pocos pasos del centro comercial Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza tiene más de 70 tiendas y restaurantes. No necesita un automóvil en sus vacaciones, puede literalmente estacionar el automóvil y caminar o andar en bicicleta para llegar a la mayoría de los lugares a los que desea ir.

We love Coligny Villas and this one is the best we have stayed at yet! As always, the grounds and pool are fabulously kept and a real treat, but the show stopper for us this year was the beauty of the kitchen in this particular villa. This well equipped kitchen allowed for us to make home cooked meals and great breakfasts for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location of the villa is fantastic as it is the closest to the exit and offers an even shorter walk time to the beach. Thanks for a great stay, we look forward to staying here again next year!

Great location

We stay at Coligny Villas every time we come to Hilton Head. It was our first time in this unit. Love that it is tucked away in the corner. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was there was not a grill on the patio. There was a propane tank but grill was missing. We really enjoy cooking out while on vacation and that was a little disappointing. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Great location but needs tlc outside

We enjoyed the property and it was updated inside as photos show. It was also in a great location, near the beach, Coligny Plaza, restaurants & shops. Super convenient! However, the floors were dirty & there was sand on the couches. I know its by the beach but it still needs to be cleaned in between guests. The outside of the building also doesn’t match the inside. There were awful caterpillar type bugs all over the entrance, the trees are overgrown so the very sticky bugs fell all over our car along with other tree droppings, making us need a car wash. And the outside of the building was so outdated; we could hardly open the sliding doors in the bedroom. The table & chairs in the back was also filthy. Lastly, the property management company emailed us to check in after 4:30pm. However, you need to check in by 5pm. We found out at check-in that you can check in earlier. The lady there said they didn’t say that in the email & I was wrong. It clearly stated that & we tried to make the best of the day instead of being able to check in.

The location was great in the complex and overall in distance to everything. Just a block away from shopping and restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza. The on-site pool was nice and well-maintained. Also close to our villa. We used the gas grill on our patio which required attention. Management came right over and got us up and running for cooking out that same night. We would definitely recommend Coligny Villa 1 and hope to return.

Great corner property

This condo/villa was #1, on the corner, which was nice. The kitchen area is small, not room for much more than one person to be cooking at once. Some bar stools would be nice to have for extra seating. The villa was very nicely decorated. The sliding glass door off the master bedroom needs replaced, it is very hard to open/close and gets off the track. The walk to the beach was about a half mile, a little longer than I would have liked while having to carry beach chairs and everything. Location other than that was great, walking distance to grocery, shops and several restaurants.

Great condo in a perfect location

Condo was clean, very cozy. Love the layout, my son’s room across the hall from Master. Good size , clean pool was steps away. Quiet off the street location. 10 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to coffee shops, grocery and souvenir shops and restaurants. Would recommend and stay again!

The condo was not clean

The floor was full of sand, there was trash under the master bed, the closet reck was off the hing , the out side grill was not clean , the dishwasher put it brown stuff on the dishes , there were no kitchen trash bag., the patio was a mess and table . Had to clean it just to sit out side and wash by hand some dishes . I contact the office and was told would get back with us but we are home know and still no word from any one . The condo didn’t even smell clean .

Impressed with the place!

This is our first time renting a place to stay while on vacation. We loved your place! Very clean. Homey and very pretty decorated. As family we decided to skip one day at the beach to enjoy the place to read and rest.

My family and I really enjoyed are stay at this property. It looks just like the picture. It's just a short walk to Coligny and the beach.
