This beautiful property features 1 bedroom with a king bed, 2 bathrooms one with a shower and one with a shower/bathtub combo, Spacious living room with a sofa bed and chair ottoman twin sleeper with full access to a lanai overlooking the ocean. Enjoy sitting out there every morning and evening hearing the waves on the beach. We are a Premier Host with over 80 5-STAR reviews.
You will love our condo that is located at The Whaler with one of the best locations on Kaanapali Beach. We are located right on the beach and a few steps away from Whalers Village. VRBO walking map is incorrect. It is approximately 30 steps from our building to the sand. The pool and spa are right next to the beach walk.
If you prefer an oasis of tranquility over the many crowded resorts in the area, look no further than The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. Comprised of two 12-story mid-century towers on six acres of lush landscape including a lovely koi pond with a waterfall, this condo-hotel offers a fully equipped kitchens and captivating views from the lanai. Enjoy the peace and quiet from the swimming pool overlooking the ocean or a stroll around the beautifully manicured grounds. For a joyful start to your day, join us for fish feedings at 8:30 am each morning at the Koi Pond.
Our large one-bedroom condo is slightly over 900 square feet and is equipped with a full-size kitchen, central air conditioning with separate units for the living room and the bedroom along with ceiling fans in both areas, new Samsung Flat Screen Smart TV’s in the living room and bedrooms are being installed the week of October 14th. Freshly painted this month and a new sofa sleeper being delivered this week. High speed Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, washer and dryer (stacked) including detergent.
Our choices of furnishings were designed for comfort and convenience conducive to the tropical climate without compromising on the everyday amenities that we've all come to enjoy at home. We've stocked our kitchen with lots of cooking essentials, a rice cooker, BBQ utensils, and extra baking tools for those inclined. We thoroughly enjoy the luxury of cooking and entertaining in our open kitchen.
Our large master bedroom features an extremely comfortable king bed, all down-like pillows, a 55” new Samsung TV with extras for added convenience. New 65" Samsung Smart TV in the living room with free cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
The bedroom and the living room have direct access to the 200 square foot lanai through large sliding glass doors to enjoy the ocean and West Maui mountain views.
Start your morning with a leisurely breakfast on your lanai and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. If you happen to be one of the lucky ones here visiting during whale season, just sit back and marvel at the magnificent show of the humpback whales as they glide gracefully through the water.
It's only a short stroll next door to the Whalers Village, the largest outdoor shopping center on Maui. You'll find a myriad of fine restaurants including Hula Grill, Monkeypod, Leilani's on the Beach, a food court and casual family dining, convenience stores, boutique shopping, first class art galleries, live entertainment and so much more. And if you're inclined to take advantage of the many water adventures, most depart directly from Kaanapali Beach ~ now how convenient is that?
Our condo is equipped with 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach umbrellas, a couple of boogie boards, sand toys, and assorted snorkel gear for our guests to enjoy.
Our on-site concierge is available to assist you with any of your island activities, car rental needs or perhaps arranging for advance grocery delivery service for your arrival.
AMENTITY FEE: The Whaler at Ka’anapali Beach has a resort amenity fee of $35/day, plus tax to cover all the amenities listed below.

Great Ocean View! Beach gear was a plus, snorkels, bodyboards, sand toys was a perfect fit for my family. I feel like I packed way too much stuff to stay here. It literally had everything! It was like I was at home. :) I would definitely stay here again and bring only the clothes I needed. The host was awesome! Communication was fast and a lot of helpful information was given. 100% Recommend this Room. It is in the perfect location and walking distance to shops and food.

From my very first interaction with Keith he was welcoming and clearly wanted us to have a great stay. The unit was so well-equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed, but the best part was the beautiful view and the proximity to the beach. We loved being on the 3rd floor which enabled us to take the stairs up and down to the beach and restaurants without using the elevators. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay there again very soon!

Keith was a great host who prepared us with lots of helpful information prior to our trip and made sure all the supplies we needed were on site when we arrived. The unit really is only steps from the beach with a fantastic view of the sunrise and sunset plus it’s very well appointed. And the walk to Black Rock was an easy 5 minutes for snorkeling and Cliff jumping!

Our host Keith was amazing! He was great at communicating and full of all the information we needed. We really enjoyed the unit, extremely nice and clean. It had anything you could possibly need. Loved the location and large deck with , and tons of outdoor furniture. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Whaler! The condo was exactly as stated and shown. We loved the lanai with views of the ocean, catamarans coming and going, the gorgeous sunsets and of course the whales! We spent a lot of time at the beach and access to beach towels was great. The condo came equipped with chairs and umbrellas which is always a plus for us.One of the most important concerns for us was the kitchen because of the need to cook healthy diet restricted meals. This kitchen had everything we needed and had everything shown online.The owners were very easy to communicate with and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. Resort staff were also very friendly and helpful when needed. The overall experience was wonderful and relaxing which we really needed. The location cannot be beat next to Whaler's Village and easy access to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here. Mahalo nui loa!
