Suite 1257 is an exclusive penthouse perched on the 12th floor, offering sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Kaanapali Beach, the neighboring island of Lanai, and the dramatic West Maui Mountains. This spacious 1BR residence is just one suite back from the oceanfront and features over 900 sq ft of luxurious living space and over 200 sq ft of lanai space, perfect for soaking in Maui’s breathtaking scenery.

Nestled high above the palms, the private lanai offers the perfect place to unwind in the island breeze, whether you’re lounging on the comfortable outdoor seating, watching whales breach offshore in winter, savoring a tropical cocktail, or taking in Maui’s unforgettable sunsets.

Inside, you’ll find light, airy, island-inspired décor complemented by numerous thoughtful upgrades throughout the suite. The modern kitchen is appointed with granite countertops, custom wood cabinetry, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. Dine on the lanai or in the cool comfort of the air-conditioned dining room inside.

The living room and bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize the incredible ocean views. The suite sleeps up to four guests, with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen-size wall bed in the living room. Both bathrooms have been refreshed with marble finishes, new cabinetry, and tropical details, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.
