My husband and I were looking for a small place to take the dogs to celebrate our anniversary along with being secluded. Our stay was perfect and checked all of our boxes. We were able to enjoy a nice fire, relax in the hot tub, read on the porch and take in the fresh woods air all in one place. Anytime we had questions, the host was very attentive and responded quickly. If you’re looking for a getaway from reality, this is the perfect place for you!
The view going up was beautiful!
Our pups loved going on a private walk.

A very nice house in the woods for privacy and serenity! The house is an open concept house that has a wonderful fireplace that would warm the space. There is also a thermostat too. There is also a great hot tub on the deck, which we used nightly, after a day of exploring the area! The host, Anthony, is very responsive with all communications, even having us call him when we couldn’t get the gas fireplace to ignite! He walked us through it. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here again! The pictures are the view from the deck!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The property was clean, nicely decorated, cozy, and wonderfully secluded—which was a huge plus for us. It truly felt like the perfect place to unplug and reset.The roads leading to the cabin are gravel and quite steep, so a four-wheel drive is necessary. Thankfully, the host informed us ahead of time, which allowed us to adjust our plans and bring our truck instead—very much appreciated.Unfortunately, the fireplace didn’t work during our stay, but the host was accommodating and allowed us to raise the thermostat to a comfortable temperature, which helped a lot. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but that’s to be expected for an secluded cabin in the woods. It ended up being more of a mild inconvenience than a problem and didn’t take away from our experience.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this cabin if you’re looking to get away from everything and truly relax. It was the perfect place for a reset, and we hope others enjoy it as much as we did.

The property looks pretty new/renovated and at first it looked great, but we encountered some things that did not make me happy. First the listing says 2 bathrooms but they only have one. The place did not seemed clean like I expected , looked like someone had just left and they only had time to clean the bathroom and changed the bed sheets. The sink was kinda gross I had to sanitize(lucky me I brought some sanitizer wipes), the coffee maker have been used and not cleaned (the filter was still there), and dog hair all over the place (I know it's a pet friendly place but I think you should pay attention more when cleaning for next guest). Also we had no instructions or wifi password. The host was faster on answering a few questions I had but I felt they did not put any effort and trying to be polite. The most disappointing for me was the Hot tub (the only reason we ended up choosing this place) was disgusting, we did not even go in. It had some kind of fungus hanging around and when I questioned the host if it had been cleaned they said yes, but form the picture I sent them you could see that it was not clean. Anyways if the host makes and effort to pay attention to those details I would recommend the place very much. It's very peaceful and around by woods (a little hard to get there but it's the mountain so it's expected) and we had a great time by the fire pit.
