Amplio condominio ubicado en el Cimarron Condo Group a una cuadra del centro de Breckenridge. Cuenta con estacionamiento subterráneo climatizado, fácil acceso a las pistas, acceso a la piscina durante todo el año, WIFI gratuito, cocina completa, TV de pantalla plana y dos habitaciones con futón adicional y sofá plegable. El condominio tiene capacidad para 6-8 adultos. Hay dos jacuzzis en el interior a pocos metros por el pasillo y una terraza con estufa de gas accesible de inmediato desde nuestra unidad.

Great spot!!

Enjoyed this property immensely! Location was great; walkable to downtown, restaurants and close to ski lift. Owner was so helpful and informative. Property had everything needed for a fun holiday ski trip.

Spring break in Breckenridge

The unit is located in a great location. Parking is great. It can sleep plenty of people. My rental ended up being just an Adult and two teens good value

Great experience

This property was in the perfect location for my group. Easy walks to downtown and peak 9. Had a small issue with a missing parking pass but George was very responsive in helping us get the needed pass. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and very nice place

The location is great. Easy walking distance to both slopes and downtown. However if you're wearing ski boots you may prefer the free bus. Fortunately we are snowboarders :) George was a easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. The home was cozy and well stocked. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Great Stay

Good location close to Main Street attractions and easy one block walk to the ski lift. Condo is on first floor just a few steps down the hall to the hot tubs. Nice outdoor grilling area just off the patio. The heated underground parking. was great, we put our boots there and headed to the lift. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Lot of firewood available. George the owner is great and super helpful. Instructions for access to the condo were clear and easy to follow. This is the third condo we’ve rented in Breck and our favorite. We’ll stay here every time we come back if it’s available.

Perfect Base Camp for a Ski/Snowboard Adventure

We came in from Richmond, VA wanting to get our annual fix for a Colorado Midwest get away. Breck was on our list this year. Arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and left late Friday night to catch a 5AM flight back home. The three days at the property were perfect. We’re low maintenance. All we needed was a well equipped kitchen, beds, and convenience to all the sites. This over delivered on so many fronts. 10 minute walk or less to two lifts. We parked at the main one in town the first two days. Super close to restaurants and town. Wish we explored that a bit more, but we we worked in the AM, skied in the mid mornings afternoons and relaxed in front of a roaring fire in the evenings. Rinsed and repeated every day. It was awesome. Hot tub and saunas were just down the hall and a grill station was in the courtyard next to our unit. Highly recommend this property. The perfect Basecamp for our getaway.

Great Location

George let us know everything we needed for a smooth check in and check out. Property is a great location to Peak 9 and at the end of the day skiing down the 4 o’clock run to town. Only needed our car to go to the grocery store. Highly recommend!!

Great, convenient location

Four adults. The bed situation wasn’t ideal for us and it would be much better suited for a family. But we made it work. The location is quite good as it is a short walk to downtown and to ski lifts. We had a couple of minor issues which the owner responded to promptly. We really appreciated the heated underground parking and the hot tubs/sauna just a short walk down the hall. We would definitely stay there again.

Small but great

The condo is only a 7ish minute walk from the Quicksilver Superchair and a 10min walk from the middle of town and all the stores it has to offer. The kitchen is small but viable to use, just dont expect to have more than 1 person using the stove at the same time. Plenty of extra blankets.

Great location

We had a great time staying here over spring break! It's a great location - can walk to main street for shopping & dinner! We drove to the parking lot near peak 9 to ski vs. walking to the gondola but, that would be easy as well. We will definately stay here again!

Spacious condo, IDEAL location

I love staying in this condo complex. It is so close to everything, I can walk everywhere. It has so much space and great amenities that it makes for a relaxing trip.

Great time in breckenridge

The condo was beautiful and better than the pictures showed. A lot of space, very close to the lifts and very helpful property manager. George was very nice and provided updates until the day of our trip. Would definitely visit this place again if available!

Great location and price

We had 5 adults and a child with plenty of room. Walked the 5 minutes to the Village each day to get on the peak 9 lifts. Then at night walked across the street, through the parking lot to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Beds we're good for me but my cotravelers did complain about the thin mattresses. Overall, worked great for us and would stay again.

So close to everything perfect size!

From the beginning George was so helpful telling us where things were and the check in was super easy. The space was perfect for me and my family. 2 kids 4 adults. Plenty of bed and sleeping couches and sheets. My only concern was there were no towels for the hot tub or pool area, and if you used the regular towels then you run out of towels to shower with. So we ended up buying some beach style towels at Wal Mart in Frisco ( town over) for A few bucks each. Thanks George! We will be back.

Great location!

This was a great location, within walking distance to main street and the ski lift. Very clean and plenty of room for the whole family. My only recommendation is new mattresses and pillows. They seemed very hard and lumpy. Overall we had a great weekend! Thank you

Great cozy condo, great location!

As others have said, we parked when we got here and walked everywhere. Easy 5 minute walk to Main Street. Easy 10 minute walk to both the Quicksilver Lift and Snowflake Lift. If you don’t feel like walking with your snow gear there’s the free bus stops super close. Saw moose outside by the patio! Well furnished and enough pots/pans to cook at the condo. I brought a slow cooker which was great after a day tumbling down the mountain 😊 we stopped for groceries in Aurora and ate out a couple of times. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place!!

Very clean, safe, and easy to enter and exit with keypads on the outside of the condo as well as the inside door to the condo. Appliances are nice and the unit was very clean.

We are George, Cindy, Andrew and Alexandra Duba. Cindy and I moved from Michigan to Colorado in 1981. Our children were both born in Colorado and thus give us some 'Colorado natives' in the family. My wife and I have graduate degrees from Western Michigan University while both our kids have graduated from the University of Colorado.

We bought this property over 20 years ago and have had a lot of fun remodeling it. We love the mountains and we love Breckenridge. The condo gave us a chance to thoroughly enjoy both!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The absolute best thing about this condo is its location. It is central to all the Breck activities. The ice sculptures are typically right across the street. The park and concert venue is also across the street. We can walk to and from the slopes. And with the underground parking and elevator access we can literally drop in for a weekend, unpack and walk downtown within in minutes of our arrival in Breckenridge! Its really a convenient place!
