The Modern Cottage is a stylish, family-friendly retreat with 3 king bedrooms, a bunk room, bikes, a golf cart, and everything you need for a relaxing 30A getaway. Just minutes from the beach, Rosemary, and 30Avenue—with a pool steps away and thoughtful touches for kids and families.

The cottage features three spacious king bedrooms, each with premium mattresses, blackout shades, and smart TVs. A separate bunk room sleeps four in twin-over-twin bunks—perfect for kids or cousins. Every detail has been considered for your convenience: from a fully stocked kitchen to a washer and dryer, sound machines, and family essentials like a Pack-n-Play, high chair, and kids’ dishes.

The open-concept living room and kitchen create the perfect place to gather. You’ll find a large dining table, counter seating, smart TV, games, books, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Step outside to enjoy a quiet front porch, an outdoor shower, a Weber grill, and a private driveway and garage. You’ll also have access to a beautiful neighborhood pool just steps away.

To help you explore, we include four adult beach cruiser bikes and a street-legal LSV (Low Speed Vehicle)—great for rides to Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, or just hauling beach gear. (Drivers must be 21+ with license + insurance; waiver required.)
