The largest bathroom is located in Master Suite and is equipped with a stand up dual shower, heads jacuzzi tub, dual sink vanity and plenty of storage.

1) First Floor Living Room has a 65 Inch Curved smart TV.
2) Second Floor Living Room has a massive 80 Inch Smart TV.
3) Master Bedroom has 2 TVs including one in Bathroom to enjoy Jacuzzi.
4) Outdoor Patio has a TV.
5) Outdoor Cabana/bar has a TV. No remote, use TV’s smart switch at middle bottom of TV to control volume and power on/off.

*Access to 3 community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground, water spray park, gazebo, lake access and walking trails.

Additional conveniences and safety:

1) Please remember you are staying in a home not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but this home is strictly used as a vacation rental, and no one lives on-site 24/7.

2) The home is equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit. The kit is located in the half bathroom on first floor under the sink.

3) One Fire Extinguisher is provided in the home located on Kitchen Transom window which is accessible from Kitchen as well as Living room.

4) Based on availability we do offer an early check in and late check out options at an additional fee upon approval by owner and must be paid in advance.

5) For your enhanced security home has nine exterior cameras located at each entry/exit doors, driveway, backyard, garage and pool area.

6) EV charger can be used after host’s approval and additional fee of $100 per night. Garage is not allowed for guests parking except for pre-approved EV charging. 7) Basement unavailable during Dec 15. 2025 to Jan 10, 2026 due to repairs for a flood incident.
