~Lake Access from the shared “Cove” is just steps away and seen from the deck. Its located directly across the quiet neighborhood road! (Note: the city of Lake Lure is still in recovery mode and cleaning debris from the lake from Hurricane Helene. Access to the lake is restricted at this time as the lake has been drained to accommodate this work. We are hoping that we will have full access again in the 2026 season)

You are nestled at Nee’s Nest on the hillside where you feel as though you are living in the tree tops. Enjoy peaceful views of the Lake and Chimney Rock State Park from most every window and the spacious deck.

Please note the driveway has a steep incline for part of it and more flat at the top.

You experience abounding views from the sizeable wrap around deck. Dine at the 6 person table, relax in the 6-7 person hot tub or sip your favorite beverage while lounging in the adirondacks.

You enter through the main door off the deck and into the vaulted ceiling living room and dining room. Your entertaining space is palatial with dining for 10 on a gorgeous stone table and a chefs kitchen. Plenty of room for preparation and hanging out. Every utensil and every size pot and pan is provided. You will cook and bake like a pro with the the Zline Propane stove, oven and hood vent.

Cozy up to the fireplace in the living room on luxury soft leather furniture. Watch your favorite movie in theater style on the 75” tv with soundbar.

Enjoy the stylish, collectible antique Turkish and Persian rugs showcased in the living room and throughout the home.

Upstairs from the living room you will find the dedicated workspace with wonderful natural lighting and woodsy lake views through the massive windows of the vaulted ceiling. The master bedoom (labeled as #1 in the picture tour) is located in the loft of the house giving you privacy and an en-suite full bathroom. The views from the private bedroom windows offers views from the tree tops.

Bedrooms #2/3 and Full Bathroom #2 are located down the hall off the kitchen/dining room. Each room has a private entrance while the bathroom is a shared space with your other guests.

Down the steps from the dining room you will walk into the pool table room and second entertaining room. Bedrooms #4/5 are located off these rooms with Full Bathroom #3 which is a Jack and Jill.

The lower area has its on private “step free” entrance with a 36” door. The bedrooms are both “step free” for wheel chair access. There are even grab bars beside the toilet for your safety. The shower is a step in with one step entrance and sliding glass doors.

Your laundry room is located beside the entrance with a full size Washing Machine and 2 Full Size Dryers.
