Rooms with a View Lake Lure has it all! While the lake is still in recovery, the view from this luxury home is stunning and there are plenty of fun things to do with family and friends at the house, including outdoor fire pit, hot tub, pool & foosball tables, video games, corn hole boards, etc.

This luxury home, built in 2007, has been completely updated in 2017 with additional improvements in 2020, new hardwood flooring, fresh paint, electric car charger, wood/tile floors, newly added in-suite bathrooms, updated kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops and all new furniture. Outdoor environment is exquisite, including new patio furniture, 6 person hot tub, large fire pit and outdoor shower.

The inside of the home is very spacious, main level has fully stocked kitchen with magnificent view of lake & mountains, including Chimney Rock. Large table seats 8 with additional seating in the bar and at kitchen counter. Bar/sunroom area has seating for 7 with a high def flat screen TV for game days. Master suite has large bathroom with soaking tub, double vanity and beautiful tile shower, king size bed and daybed, perfect for families with little ones. Top floor is a 2 bedroom suite with in-suite bathrooms and privacy door at hallway access point, loft with spectacular Mountain View and sleeper sofa for additional guests. The basement is completely finished with tile floors, custom wood trim, wet bar, beverage fridge, microwave, 2 bedroom suite, large full bathroom with double vanity, nice tile shower, large sectional sofa with 60 inch flat screen for movie night, pool table, foosball table and multi-game retro standup arcade game. Your kids are going to love it! Basement has spectacular Mountain View and walks out to the beautiful patio and fenced in yard with hot tub, fire pit & outdoor shower. Corn Hole boards also on site for your use. Spacious main level deck has amazing views of Lake Lure and the mountains, including Chimney Rock. Community has private dock/boat slips with lake access, just drive or walk around 2 blocks to enjoy the waters of Lake Lure (unfortunately, this is not available for use currently, as Lake is still in recovery from Hurricane Helene.). Parking is available at the pier for your trailer along with wet slips (boat launch not available at this pier, but very close by). When lake is opened back up, boat rentals can be delivered to our pier and kept at the neighborhood pier to use and store during your stay, on a first come first serve basis.

The home is large enough for the big family vacation and cozy enough for the 3 or 4 couple weekend. All three levels are setup for privacy and comfort while enjoying your family vacation.

Parking is no problem! Large driveway connects to oversize 2 car garage with electric car charger. Additional parking available behind the home.

**Dogs are welcome and there is a $150 pet fee with 2 dog maximum. Please click "traveling with pets" when searching/making reservation to apply pet fee. Backyard is fenced in, but we require that you do cleanup after your pet in backyard!**
