From the owner: "We’re sorry to hear that the pool temperature did not meet your expectations during your stay. During your mid-February visit, outdoor temperatures were in the low 40s, with wind chills closer to 30 degrees, which makes it difficult for a large pool heater to reach or maintain 85 degrees. We communicated this at the time and explained that the heater would not be able to perform as expected under those conditions. As an alternative, we recommended using the spa, which can heat quickly to a much warmer temperature due to its smaller size. Thank you for sharing your feedback."

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- They’ve replaced six patio chairs and added new water-resistant cushions to ensure the outdoor space is more comfortable and inviting for future guests.- The home is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, local entertainment, a playground, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
