Este condominio del segundo piso, bellamente decorado y bien equipado, se encuentra en una comunidad nueva, tranquila, segura y cerrada en uno de los lugares más buscados en Fort Myers. Esta nueva comunidad presenta casas con influencias arquitectónicas de Bermudas, paisajes frondosos y un espectacular Island Club.

Esta espaciosa unidad da a la reserva natural y está decorada profesionalmente con muebles de alta gama en una decoración moderna con un toque tropical. Convenientemente cerca de la excepcional casa club tropical que ofrece una piscina climatizada, spa, cancha de tenis, baloncesto y un gimnasio equipado profesionalmente. En Tortuga encontrarás todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones perfectas.

El condominio
Con dos dormitorios y una sala, la suite principal tiene dos vestidores, dos lavabos y un inodoro privado. Plano de planta abierto desde la cocina hasta la gran sala, rincón de cocina independiente, barra de desayuno y comedor. El plano de planta abierto tiene 1616 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable con techos abovedados que lo hacen sentir excepcionalmente espacioso y acogedor. Hay baldosas de cerámica en toda la sala de estar principal, cocina y baños.

La cocina totalmente equipada tiene encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, abundantes gabinetes con paneles elevados y una despensa. La sala de estar ofrece entretenimiento con un televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana de 60 '' y un estéreo con reproductor de DVD Blu-ray. También hay un televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana de 50 '' en el estudio y un televisor de 37 '' en el dormitorio principal. Wi-Fi gratuito está disponible en la unidad. Hay una pared llena de puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a la terraza cubierta y protegida que da a la Reserva Natural. El lanai es un lugar tranquilo y relajante para disfrutar de su café de la mañana y relajarse al final del día.

En el exterior hay dos plazas de aparcamiento (una con un puerto para automóviles).

Tortuga es una comunidad sofisticada con influencias caribeñas que ofrece un estilo de vida turístico. Tendrá fácil acceso a las playas (Sanibel está a menos de 15 minutos y Fort Myers Beach a menos de 10 minutos), golf, tiendas, instalaciones médicas, restaurantes, entretenimiento, todo en 5 minutos.

Para su comodidad, le brindamos todo lo que necesita para su tarde en la playa.

Tortuga Fort Myers condo vacation

This has been an outstanding home for my wife and I to spend three months this winter. The condo was very nice, very clean and very well decorated. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The neighbors and other residents that we met in this community were very friendly and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as some of the community happy hours. We also found this to be a great location to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Lakes Park. We highly recommend this home and would happily rent again.

Very satisfied, January 2017

Very elegant place, tall ceilings, fancy electronics equipment, great setting. Pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are superb. Owner is very easy to work with. If I had to find something on the negative side, it would be: There are steps to second floor. VISA added $137 foreign transaction fees to the payment, security deposit, and deposit refund. Great stay at Tortuga!

I stayed at this location Jan - Feb 2025. The place is fantastic! I'm pretty picky and always nervous when I rent a place. Will it be what was advertised? In this case, 100%!The unit is incredibly clean and very well maintained. The furniture is high quality. The AC works great. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you'll need, all the way down to an entire cupboard filled with tupperware for food storage. There are more pots and pans than you'll be able to use. The until was also well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc.To give you an example of how well the unit is maintained, the owners have coasters displayed on every flat surface! I work remotely so the office nook made it all possible with a nice desk and chair. I should point out that it's a "nook" and not a full office, meaning there isn't a door to close off the room. So if you have multiple people in the unit and need to have a quiet office for virtual meetings, you'll need to take that into consideration. Everyone in the community is very nice and welcoming. The community is also gated and very safe.Great location close to the beaches and restaurants but just far enough away from some of the higher traffic areas.Marcel was very responsive.I 100% recommend this unit and would definitely rent here again.

Very nice, comfortable and, well furnished condo.

Quiet gated community with pool, lending library and work out room available to renters. Residents are friendly. Location is a short drive to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The unit was clean and furnished with cookware and bakeware.

Beautiful!

My husband and I were so surprised as we entered this lovely condo. It was beautifully furnished, and had a perfect study for my husband to manage his business from afar. The location was excellent with an easy 15 minutes to Sanibel or 20 minutes to downtown Ft. Myers, which offers many restaurants and harbour views. We are hoping to come back and continue our house hunting as we sold our place in Delray and looking to buy in the area.

Wonderful property!

Beautiful condo in a very nice gated community. Everything in the condo is in excellent/new condition. Very clean upon our arrival, and Marcel phoned us on the first evening to welcome us and see if we had any questions. The neighbors are friendly, and the grounds are beautifully kept. We fell in love with the nearby Lakes Park (5 min. drive) and also Bunchee Beach (10 min.) where you can enjoy the beach or launch a kayak (rentals available). The location is convenient to everything you could want. We stayed for a month and were completely satisfied with everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo!

The condo was excellent just like advertised. Clean, updated, had everything, gated community, great pool and excersise area. The best condo for the money. Owner is excellent to deal with. Very quiet and very friendly community!

Excellent property

We stayed at this property during January and February 2019. We could not have been happier. The condo is is very spacious and beautifully decorated. There was nothing that could have been improved upon. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Tortuga is very friendly and social. It is conveniently located for shopping, beaches, Sanibel Island and Lakes Park. The large pool area was never crowded and the gym is excellent. Marcel was very nice to deal with from the first moment. We so enjoyed both the condominium and the gated community that we decided to buy a similar condo cose to this unit. Everything was excellent. We could not recommend this property more highly.

Roomy, upscale, and attractive property

Roomy, upscale property in an attractive, well maintained condo group... This unit was very well furnished with premium furniture and appliances, and what appeared to be fine art on the walls. Owner very accommodating and very hospitable. This condo is in a quieter area of the development. The neighbors were friendly and considerate. A great value for the rental charged. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautifully decorated and upscale condo in Fort Myers,Florida

My husband and I stayed there for the months of Feb.,March, and April. The unit had upscale furniture , art work, and appliances. It is situated in an ideal location close to shopping, beaches, and Sanibel Island. The community association is very friendly and cordial. We felt very welcome. The only Negative was the lack of cleaning supplies and the comfort of the mattress in the master bedroom.

Very nice and comfortable community.

We have stayed in the Tortuga for the whole 30 days, renting a condo. We liked the resort very much. There were some little frictions caused by some residents accusing us unjustly of behaving improperly. As that was not the case and the accusations were not based on the reality, we where a little disappointed by the actions taken by a resident or residents. I wrote about it to the President of the Community and talked to the Vice president, asking them to talk to the accusers and rectify the situation. The accusers should talk to me (us] before they accuse me (us) of anything. According to the law, one has the right to face the accuser. We tried not to be affected by the untrue accusations. Great condo

As we walked through the door, we found the condo very welcoming. It was so well furnished, we especially enjoyed looking at the wall-hangings. We liked the "tree" picture in the den area, WOW! The kitchen was very well equipped, everything in its place. Just to mention, the washer and dryer worked very well. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and sleeping in this well-kept property. The neighbors were all friendly, especially Rosie downstairs.

About the Condo

I loved the condo very much the view from the Lanie was so nice just to sit there and enjoy your morning coffee, and we loved playing cards Out there with our friends . The only promblem we found was the front bedroom was very warm every morning when the sun came up we believe the room needs sun blocking drapes. Other then the room being so warm. It was the nicest condo we have every rented , and very affordable.

Beautiful New Condo

This was a new condo. The decor was high-end designer quality. The owners had unit equipped with every quality gadget you could want and all the comforts of home. The cleaning company must be of the same standards as home owners because everything was very well organized and clean. We did the white glove test and could not find dust on picture frames and base boards.

Tortuga Review

This was a beautiful condo that was well furnished and included all the amenities we needed during our stay. The listing description was accurate regarding the location and we found the condo's location was perfect for getting to the Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, shopping, restaurants and local parks where we could walk. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our questions before we made our reservation and then before and after we arrived. We would recommend this condo to a friend or relative. We would recommend attending a spring training baseball game at the Boston Red Sox JetBlue Park. We also recommend walking at Lakes Regional Park, Wa-Ke Hatchee Park and Six Mile Cyprus Slough Preserve.

Excellently describes property.

My mom and I spent the month of January in this beautiful condo. From the moment we walked into the condo. . . so beautifully decorated, top of line furnishings, and oh how comfortable were the beds. . . we felt at home. The lanai overlooks the preserve and the quiet and peacefulness allowed many hours of reading and we enjoyed many meals on the lanai. We felt very secure with the early morning and evening walks in the Tortuga community. Residents of the community were very friendly. Beaches, shopping, and restaurants are a short drive. Did not want to leave.
