Bay View Tower 135: ¡Tu oasis costero te espera! Inspirado por el sol, la arena y el mar, este condominio del primer piso completamente renovado (2017) está bien equipado con tonos de playa de verdes y azules de espuma de mar. Todo es nuevo, desde colchones y ropa de cama, hasta electrodomésticos de última generación, HDTV de 60 pulgadas en la sala de estar y enchufes USB para enchufarlos fácilmente. Hay una cama king size de hierba marina fresca en el maestro y dos gemelos de la cabaña en el invitado. Ambas habitaciones están equipadas con televisores de alta definición de pantalla plana. La cocina es más amplia que la mayoría con una lavadora / secadora debajo del mostrador que se presta para una sensación más abierta. El lanai no es más que una extensión del espacio de vida al aire libre que cuenta con magníficas vistas del Golfo. Contemple las espectaculares puestas de sol mientras descansa en una cómoda sección al aire libre. Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta y ves la playa de arena siguiendo tus pasos, te sentirás relajado.

Great stay!

My co-workers and I stayed here while we attended a conference at the Marriott resort. There condo was perfect and offered everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. I appreciated that the host contacting me days in advance with instructions. I would stay here again!

Mini Getaway

The property was beautiful. We were literally right on the beach with a short trip over the bridge to Sanibel Island. The beach was a little deceiving. There wasn't much shore line, but the views were still breath taking. It was very quiet, which we liked. One issue was that the second bedroom was extremely hot. Our kids were miserable in the heat. The airflow was terrible. The pillows in both bedrooms were cheap and uncomfortable. I suggest bringing pillows from home. I don't think the covers on any of the beds get washed. The blanket in the closet was dirty. Other than that, it was amazing and we had a wonderful time.

Relaxing get away

Exactly as expected. Easy booking and check in process. Clean. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning and watching the dolphins swim by 25 yards from shore. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Property managers easily accessible and responsive to any questions. Great location! Close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Definite 5 star rating.

Perfect family reset

This space was open, airy, and a perfect touchstone for our family rest and reset. great location for exploring in every direction, and beautiful space to return to and relax in. Easy to cross the bridge to Sanibel Island. Impeccably clean. Quiet beach front. Would absolutely return.

Perfect location!

We totally enjoyed our 3 week stay at this beautiful condo. It's a perfect location with beautiful views of the sunsets! The condo was beautifully appointed with great furnishes, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen! It would be wonderful if there was a community grilling area, that is really the only thing we missed! The pool is great and the private beach out front is beautiful! You won't be disappointed in this condo!

Great condo!

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this beautiful condo with an amazing view! The location is great, the pool area is beautiful, and the private beach is perfect! I can only think of one thing that would make this building perfect...a community gas grilling area. That would complete the whole stay! Condo was very well appointed with everything we needed. Very comfortable!

10 days in Paradise!

The property we rented was exactly as stated. It was very comfortable and had all the items we needed for a great trip. All the little extras made us feel right at home. We would definitely consider renting through the same company in the future.

Great place

Mom &2daughters did a get away! Wonderful place, so clean, pool close plus water a few steps away. Everything you wanted was in the condo. Very quiet, not a place for loud parties, great!

Perfect place to recharge

The property was fantastic. The unit was extremely clean, modern and up to date. The views were spectacular- just open the sliding glass doors to enjoy the beach front. Watch the boats go by and the pelicans. Everything you could need- there was fishing gear, beach chairs, and even a shell scoop. Would definitely recommend this property and bring my family back.

This condo over-delivered!

Even better than the pics! Massive water views, lots of boats, also saw dolphins & manatees from the lanai. Very clean & well equipped. Only non-5 star is it isn’t very walkable to restaurants except the Marriott next door, but their restaurants were only open on Friday & Saturday. It was off season.

Beach stay

Our stay was a very nice getaway. The condo was lovely. I just wish the rainy weather and bugs would have been in our favor. The bugs were NOT at this condo, I got several bug bites just walking around in that location. Par for Florida I guess.

Paradise

Pure Paradise!! The moment we walked in we were in awe of the breathtaking views. The condo was perfect is every way...well stocked with all necessities, beautiful decor, cleanliness, and LOCATION!! Everything we needed was a hop, skip, and jump away..whether it was groceries, restaurants, the private pool and beach, or visiting the amazing Island of Sanibel. My husband enjoyed the easy access to the running paths on the island, and nothing was more relaxing than starting our day enjoying breakfast on the lanai while watching boats and dolphins going by 🐬, then ending our day with the most spectacular sunsets! This was my daughter's first visit, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for her...thank you, thank you, thank you!! We can't wait to come back in the near future 😊 Thank you SO much from Wisconsin!
