One Old Trees is a spacious ground-floor, luxury beachfront apartment on the West Coast of Barbados. This luxury home is a bright corner unit with high ceilings and its own private villa style entrance. One Old Trees is one of the largest units in this luxury building which offers a gated garden area at the entrance. The apartment has also been completely modernized or upgraded throughout including a terrace door system that allows the living room to flow effortlessly onto the covered terrace and dining area with tiled sunken plunge pool and the adjacent sunset deck with BBQ and a restaurant-style retractable awning. Step off the gated private terrace and walk through the lush gardens onto a perfectly swept stretch of idyllic beach, perfect for sunset strolls.
One Old Trees offers spectacular Caribbean Sea views, 3 large en-suite bedrooms with French doors onto their own private terraces, high ceilings and luxury as well as contemporary finishes throughout. The fully equipped Scavalini kitchen, elegant bathrooms, sleek modern furnishings and stunning sea views are just a few of the spectacular features that One Old Trees has to offer.
Amenities at Old Trees include 24 hr manned security, electric gates, a free-form swimming pool with waterfall, lush tropical gardens and direct beach access to a white, powdery, sandy beach with private sun loungers and umbrellas and excellent swimming conditions. Paynes Bay is a fantastic location just one bay south of Sandy Lane Hotel and a few minutes away from the West Coast’s best dining, nightlife and shopping experiences.
