¡Vacaciones familiares con vista al mar!

Bienvenido a nuestra casa de playa! Somos una propiedad de propiedad y operación familiar. ¡Nuestra casa ha sido disfrutada únicamente por nuestra familia y amigos durante años, y ahora estamos listos para compartirla con usted! Nuestra ubicación es altamente deseable. A poca distancia del centro de pabellones y pasos a la arena. El muelle de Newport está a unos 10 minutos a pie por el paseo marítimo. Haciendo que su estadía sea conveniente para comprar comidas o simplemente caminar hasta la cantidad de excelentes restaurantes cercanos. ¡Deje su automóvil estacionado y disfrute de la península y del hermoso clima!

Esta es una unidad de arriba con una terraza que tiene una excelente vista del océano.
Sofá seccional al aire libre con mesa de café y dos sombrillas Gran barbacoa para asar.

Hay una cocina completa para chefs con muchos asientos para todos. Electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, isla de mármol y fregadero de granja. Microondas, cafetera, lavavajillas.

Tres habitaciones que constan de:
Dormitorio 1 (cama individual con cama nido doble)
Dormitorio 2 (cama queen)
Dormitorio 3 (2 camas matrimoniales).

Dos baños completos. Equipado con toallas de mano, cara y baño. (sin toallas de playa)

Hay una lavadora y secadora compartidas en el garaje. También hemos abastecido el garaje con todas las necesidades de la playa y un gran carro rojo para transportarlo todo. Sillas de playa, sombrillas, juguetes de arena, tablas de surf y tablas de surf.

Una plaza de garaje.

The grocery store was conveniently close, which made things easy. The kitchen was spacious, modern, and perfect for accommodating a family. The location overall was excellent—close to both the beach and the boardwalk. The family room was great, and while the couch was different from the photos, it was still very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, updated, and very nice. The patio was a great space to relax, and the entire place was spotless. The owners were also very responsive and quick to address any requests.The only downsides were that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the beach gear was a bit old and worn out. The property does have a garage, but it’s a little tight—we used it for bike storage and parked elsewhere.Overall, I would highly recommend this place. It was a great stay!

This was such a great location and such a great house. The house was perfect for the two families. The balcony was great and opened into the living room which was great. The beach was right there and shopping the other direction but right there. The pier was close but not too close to be loud at night. Definitely plan on coming back.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is wonderful with grocery shopping and restaurants merely across the street. Our host responded immediately to any questions and the beach home was spotless clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking, as we love to cook. The balcony was also a huge plus. The balcony is much larger than the photos and the beach was so close we could see it. We've stayed at several locations and I would highly recommend this beach home. The host was very communicative and extremely nice. We even had private parking and the host provided an assortment of beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, and beach toys. If you're looking for a great place to stay I would highly recommend this beach home.

Wonderful stay! Would rent this location again in a minute.

It was very easy to communicate with the owner and she was a gracious and accommodating host. The house was perfect for our girls trip, location was amazing so close to the beach and loved the big sitting table, plenty of outdoor and indoor seating for our group of 8. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Location couldn’t be better. In between all the good stuff in Newport and close to the store. This place was perfect, super clean, super close to the beach. Couldn’t have found a better stay. Thank you! Hosts were amazing!

Superb!

Perfect location for our beach vacation. One block from beach and services, including grocery store and restaurants. House was spacious and comfortable with all amenities and conveniences for the comfort of home. Great kitchen for cooking with room for all 8 of us. We enjoyed using the beach toys and chairs provided. We highly recommend this property for families with kids!

Great Spring Break!

Great house, great location, great host

This beautiful and well maintained property is located very close to the beach and across the street from a grocery store and restaurants which made things very convenient. Our host Malia, was very responsive and proactive to make sure are check in didn’t have any issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Well Equipped!

The property was very clean, had nice furnishings and the kitchen was large and very well equipped. I would recommend it to anybody looking to stay in the area. The only thing to note on reserving this property is that the bed layout could affect how you can utilize the capacity. It has a rumble bed in one bed room which can sleep two (separately), a queen in another bedroom and then two queens in the same (large) bedroom which could be an issue for some people.

Fabulous Vacation Experience!

Everything about this property is top notch. From the ease of communicating with the owner, to the beautiful and comfortable home, to the perfect location and access to the beach, shopping and dining, this experience was superb! Everything we needed to help us feel relaxed and comfortable on our trip was provided. This was our second stay in this property and we hope to return for a third visit, as we love it so much!

Beautiful Home and Perfect Location

Visiting Newport with our kids has been an ongoing traditional for years. This property is situated in one of the best locations. The beach is just steps one way while restaurants and grocery store are just steps the other way. The balcony was our favorite feature. You can watch the ocean while enjoying the comfortable sectional. The kitchen is updated and has everything you could ever need. Communication and check in process was super easy. This unit is clean, comfortable and one of the best we've stayed in.

Family Getaway

Amazing property. Very clean. Great location. Steps to nice beach. Steps to good food and market. Several blocks from pier, which makes it quieter area, but not too far that it’s not as easy stroll down the boardwalk. Our favorite part was the balcony. It was a little on the cooler side for our trip, and when the breeze picked up at the beach in the afternoon, we just came back and hung in the sheltered warmth of the sun on the balcony. Loved how stocked the kitchen was. Beyond expectations. Lots of dishes and cookware. Plus, condiments and things like spices weren’t thrown away after previous guests left, which really helped with cooking. Also, was pleasantly surprised living room furniture had changed slightly from photo. It had a soft sectional instead of leather couch. Much more comfy and better for family time gathering around to watch a movie. Malia was a great host. We weren’t used to doing an in-person check in (other rentals have just given a code to enter), and were driving from across the state so had some concerns about setting up a meet time with traffic and travel length, but Malia was very flexible and easy to work with. When we checked in, there was a problem with one of the TV remotes, and she worked hard to resolve it and came back with a replacement remote to make sure we could enjoy that feature. One recommendation is bring your own blankets. Limited bedding was available, nothing warm and cozy. Overall, would highly recommend. We definitely want to come back and stay here again.

Newport Beach Christmas Vacation

We loved the property and its location on the peninsula! It was walking distance to so many great stores and restaurants! The property manager was so nice and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Beach Vaca

Our family had a great time at this home. The house was very spacious especially the kitchen and we really enjoyed the outside patio area. It had great views. Overall, a great place to stay. We look forward to to staying there again!

Fantastic!!!

This property was extremely clean, great location and I plan on staying again. The check in process was easy and clear. The location is literally steps from the beach and near the Newport pier. It has all beach toys boogie boards and surf boards and chairs and wagons you could ever need. The house feels comfortable and taken care of. It was extremely clean and stocked with everything you need to have a great time. I could not find any reason to give less then 5 stars and if there were 6 stars I would give that too!!!

My Vacay At Newport Beach

My family and I had a really great experience staying at the Beach House for the weekend. The property we rented out was very clean and the neighbors were very friendly, definitely had a blast!
