This beautifully furnished apartment that is set in the heart of EMAAR Beachfront will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5-star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, infinity-edge swimming pool, Miami style Pool deck, a gymnasium, a kid's splash pads and play area and a business center.
The living room is designed in an open space with his bar area. There is also a smart TV and fast internet (250MBPS)
The master bedroom uses a 200x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom and the apartment also has a guest bathroom by the entrance.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.
We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

The building also features an infinity-edge swimming pool (resident pool), panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, Miami-style pool deck, tropical garden rooms, gymnasium, private residences access on the beach, five restaurants and lounges and one private on-site car park.
