All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. A 2.9% processing fee is charged at the time of payment.

In the event of a cancellation, this 2.9% processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This fee is retained by the payment processor and is not controlled by the property owner or manager.
