The location is perfect for seeing Charleston! The house was clean and had a great layout for the six of us. There are restaurant menus available. Very charming interior. The host was incredibly helpful. Would stay here again!

Wow what an amazing place! Absolutely HUGE and so well laid out and designed. A traditional Charleston home, with a small streetside front and long porches on both floors. Two large bedrooms downstairs and one private bedroom upstairs. Each bedroom had its own bathroom too! High ceilings and gorgeous furnishings throughout. The pictures do not do this place justice. We simply could not believe how huge the place was! Steps from King St and all the fabulous shops. Best meal of the trip right next door at Muse. You gotta go and ask Donnie what to eat and sit back and prepare to be delighted. Delicious coffee and chocolate just a few more steps up the street. Close walk to College of Charleston, and we walked to all the major historical and tourist sites too! Can't recommend this place enough! We can't wait to return!!!

Loved the property! Was very spacious for 6 adults. Lots of outdoor space to eat and relax. Great location for shopping, walking to waterfront and enjoying many restaurants. Host was readily available. The upstairs door wouldn’t lock from the outside, but other than that it was perfect.

Great location! The place had everything we needed. There was construction at an adjacent unit but we didn't hear the noise over the weekend.

This apartment is in an excellent location in the Historic District. The rooms are spacious, clean, functional.The walls and floors do transmit neighbor noise.

We had an excellent day at Southern Sweetgrass! It was a perfect set up for the five of us across three generations. Location is perfect for accessing downtown Charleston. It was well appointed, comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive and good communicators.. We would definitely consider staying here again and are happy to recommend it to friends and family.

The house was great and in a great walkable location to the market and pier. Stayed here with 3 kids, and set up was great for our family. We didn’t end up using the upstairs suite. One of the bedrooms is right on the street and it can be noisy early in the morning. There is also construction on the house next door which adds some noise. House supplies ear plugs- but I would definitely consider bringing a white noise machine. We brought one and it really helped with the city noise! Communication with the host was also very good and had quick responses.
