Review of the house.
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The back door upstairs won’t lock. The downstairs door leading outside is super hard to lock. The towels smelled. (Maybe due to the type of washer?). There were ants downstairs and in the first floor bathroom where the double bed is. Kitchen is super well stocked with everything including supplies, like cleaners, coffee and spices. That was really nice. There was a sick rat that was on the carport when we returned from town one evening. Some of the steps down to the dock are slippery with mildew. I thought there was supposed to be kayaks at the location. We saw a canoe all the way up at the carport. I think that some of the cloth sofas should be replaced and maybe get rid of a bunch of the accent pillows. Lastly, The bedroom pillows also need to be updated. We had a great time and the space was really nice. Just thought you might want to be aware of these things. Thank you!!
