Hermoso dúplex de 2 pisos lleno de luz a solo unos pasos del lago Bde Mka Ska (lago Calhoun) y el animado Uptown. Calificado como uno de los mejores vecindarios más transitables de Minneapolis, a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad, Mall of America, el estadio US Bank, la Universidad de Minnesota y el Centro de Convenciones. Con una estación de alquiler de bicicletas en la calle, puede disfrutar de 51 millas de senderos pavimentados que rodean lagos y parques. Uptown, Downtown, Lake Calhoun, Super Bowl

Nuestro dúplex tiene un apartamento 3BR en el 1er piso y un apartamento 4BR en el 2do piso. Es perfecto para familias numerosas, reuniones familiares, invitados a la boda o cualquier otra reunión grande. Una vez dentro de la puerta de entrada, puede moverse fácilmente entre ambos apartamentos, pero cada uno tiene su propia cocina, baño y sala de estar. Tiene una vista estacional del lago Calhoun y está ubicado en una tranquila calle residencial. Es amplio y luminoso con pisos de madera en todas partes.

Las 7 habitaciones tienen una cama queen size, y una de las habitaciones también tiene una cama doble extraíble. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado de ventana.

Perfect accommodation for a family wedding

This was an ideal place to stay for a family wedding. Liz is a great communicator and the house was wonderful. Being so close to the lake and amenities made the trip really special.

Stayed here for a family wedding. It was in the perfect location. Within walking to restaurant and stores. We were provided with everything we needed! The house itself was beautiful and the decor was lovely. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect Home Away from Home

The house is charming and spacious. A perfect layout for our group’s needs. The property manager is easy to work with. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. You can’t go wrong in making this your temporary Minnesota home.

Fabulous place for a reunion

We chose this property to accommodate my cousins from Ohio, Wisconsin, Oregon and California. the location was fabulous and the house was wonderfully accommodating for all of us. We walked to the lake daily,kayaked, and enjoyed all the amenities that Minneapolis has to offer. We will do this again.

Fantastic property for a family

This was our second time staying at this property. We had a large family group (teens to senior citizens) and the two floors gave everyone places to congregate or get away from each other as needed. The property is spotless, beds are very comfortable. The kitchens are well set up for a rental property. The house is only a couple blocks to the walking path around the lake, which is such a nice benefit. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

We had a delightful stay at this property. Liz is simply unbelievable. She is a great communicator, well organized, and accommodating. This property is exactly as described and is an ideal location near the lakes and other attractions. It was perfect for our family get together and we hope to use it again in the future. it really could not have been better.

Perfection!

The house is wonderful. Two apartments that can either be separated or joined together. Multiple washers and dryers. Excellent location and beautiful architecture and neighborhood. The host, Liz, is awesome and is very accommodating and excellent at communication. I highly recommend this house!

In town for college graduation

We really enjoyed this property! Built in the early 1900’s this property is bursting with charm and beautiful hardwood. With that charm comes small kitchens and creaking hardwood floors, which didn’t bother our group. The neighborhood has a great vibe and is close the coffee shops and the lake. Loved taking an afternoon walk around the lake. Only negative is that the inside temp was too cool for us (our group was from Texas, Colorado and Utah) and we never did figure out how to turn up the heat or turn off the AC. Would stay again if we could figure out how to control the temp.

Perfect for a wedding weekend

We hosted several family members and friends for our daughter’s wedding and this was a wonderful location and great accommodation. Everyone had plenty of space, comfortable beds and space to be together.

Fit our needs perfectly

We were in town for a long weekend to attend a wedding. This property was perfect for multiple families to stay together while being conveniently located to all of our activities. The downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the adults/parents and the pullout in one of the bedrooms made it easy to keep the youngest child (4 years) with their parents. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for the adult children and teens to have privacy. And the “feel” of the property was comfortable and homey. We loved the obvious history of the home! The location was wonderful. There is a coffee shop a block away that we visited often and the neighborhood made it easy to take walks with the younger members of the group. There is plenty of street parking, which made it easy for other family members to come and “hang out”. The furniture was comfortable and very conducive to gathering and catching up - it was very easy to have both small and large group conversations. There are helpful notes positioned throughout the home to decrease any anxiety about how to work anything. The only (minor for us) downside is that there are only 2 bathrooms for the house. This required a bit of logistical planning, but nothing that was insurmountable. And when showers had to occur back-to-back, the moisture buildup in the bathrooms was noticeable. You just had to run the fan and leave the door open for a period of time after each use. Each bedroom received 2 bath towels/hand towels/washcloths, so just be prepared if you require more. The property manager communicated just enough to provide information and check on you without being intrusive. We had zero issues during our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Space for family to gather

Family gatherings are not restful, unless you have adequate space to sleep, eat, commune, and giggle. This house was a perfect venue for our family of 8 adults and four children, two of whom still need naps. Location was ideal for recreation, grocery shopping, restaurants, and getting easily from point A to B. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms. It is a beautiful older home that is well furnished, artfully decorated, and well stocked with utensils, games, and kitchenware. We all agreed we would return.

Outstanding property for a family gathering

My extended family gathered in the Twin Cities for Thanksgiving, and this property was the perfect place for us to stay. We had two families, so each group had one unit. The living areas were comfortable and beautifully set up for us to spend time together. The kitchen was well set up for meal preparation and the beds and bed linens were so comfortable! Check in and communication with the host was seamless. Location by the lake was great for walks, and the house was very convenient to shops. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family Reunion

We had a mini reunion and loved being with family. Enjoyed most of the VRBO but should not have had to ask for an allowance of more than one towel and one washcloth and 1/2 of a hand towel per person for a three night stay. Never did get the wash cloths we requested but made do with what we brought with us. Whoever heard of using the same wash cloth multiple times! What’s up with that????

Connie, I'm so surprised to hear about your complaint! Within 30 minutes of your phone call requesting more towels, I dropped off 2 large IKEA bags of bathtowels, hand towels and washcloths. I didn't hear from you again the whole weekend, so I'm perplexed as to why you would mention this in your review. Other than your towel issue, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay.

Booked the house for our family for a football weekend. 4 couples and 4 kids. Was wonderfully suited. An older house with interesting details, impeccably maintained, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything we needed in bath, bedroom and kitchen(s). Great getaway in a great location!

Our family of 9 stayed on both levels and found that we had ample space in this beautiful home! The owner was very responsive to the questions that we had. The location near the lake is amazing! We always had parking spaces.

Beautiful apartment and great location

Lovely neighborhood, lovely building and very responsive hostess. Lots to do and see within walking distance. The bathrooms are smaller but adequate. The downstairs kitchen doesn't have enough space for a family of cooks but everything else was wonderful. I would stay there again.

Great place! The house is clean and comfortable and the neighborhood feels very safe.

We stayed in this house with the management team of my small business to have our planning session. It worked out great! Plenty of rooms ( we had 6 people) and no problem with the bathrooms. We were able to sit around the dining table and meet, and use the smart tv to hook our laptop to for a screen. Many restaurants were within walking distance for dinner and it was nice to have a kitchen for breakfast and lunch. I would do this again!

Great Property

We held our family Christmas here, it was a wonderful gathering place. Cozy, clean, and fully stocked. Plenty of beds for everyone. 1 block walk to the lake where kids found a playground and a nice trail to hike around the lake (and a beach to swim if it was summer!) Easy drive to fun uptown shops and restaurants. Liz was very responsive and accommodating. A great experience!
