The Space:

This renovated condo features a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and large closet, a living room with an internet-connected Smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, countertop toaster oven, coffee maker, and cookware/dinnerware. For convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer. Street parking is available, and we provide a guest permit for short-term parking.



Guest Access:

The apartment has a private entrance at the rear of the house with an electronic lock. You’ll receive a unique door code—changed between every stay—for convenient self check-in anytime after 4 PM.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is very conveniently located near Porter Square, featuring many shops and restaurants nearby. There is an amazing convenience store just one block away.

This is a beautiful neighborhood, very typical of Cambridge. It is a pleasant walk from the apartment to Harvard Square, allowing one to explore the area.



Getting Around:

The apartment is a 7 minutes walk away from the Porter Square T station on the red line.

It is one subway stop, or a pleasant 20 minutes walk, away from Harvard Square to the South, or to lively Davis Square to the North. You can also be downtown Boston within 20 minutes by car or subway from Porter Square.

House Rules

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (inside or out).

- No parties or gatherings. Please respect other tenants.

- Registered guests only. Please ask before inviting any overnight visitors.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No loud music or disruptive noise.



Information:

- A commuter rail runs nearby—you may hear it briefly during the day. There are no trains at night.

- This property is owner occupied, the family lives upstairs on the second floor with a separate, private entrance. The city of Cambridge requires all Airbnb’s to be owner occupied.



Parking

- A street-parking permit for one car is provided—display at all times.

-City rule: you must move your car every 24 hours.

- Lost permit fee: $100 for replacement.
