The house features six (6) bedrooms, two of which are bunk rooms and can comfortably sleep 20-25 people. The house features all the latest audio video enhancements and amenities along with 6 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. The house also features a 2-car garage and elevator accessing all floors for convenience. The home has been professionally landscaped and features a heated private pool. From the upper floors you have ocean views in front of the house.
The entrance level of the house features a 2-car garage with storage area and ice maker as well as a TV room, game area, bar and a half bathroom. The area opens to 2 different patio seating areas in the front of the house overlooking the pool.
The second floor features a gorgeous, open kitchen with high-end appliances and ovens perfect for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen opens to a den with a Samsung Frame TV with surround sound as well as both an indoor dining area as well as an outdoor dining area.
