Este encantador condominio ofrece el Golfo de México al otro lado de la calle (oeste) y la Bahía de Palma Sola (este) de la propiedad con muelle para pescar en las instalaciones. Entrada al primer piso, cocina totalmente equipada, amplio dormitorio con cama King size y televisión de pantalla plana, área de comedor, sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana (cable y wifi incluidos), doble acceso al patio. Gran piscina climatizada, canchas de tenis, gimnasio, sala comunitaria y lavandería. Excelentes restaurantes con supermercado y dos farmacias en la isla. Anna Maria ofrece transporte público gratuito (Trolley) justo en frente del resort.

Great Place to Stay!

We come to Anna Maria twice a year and I think we just found our favorite spot. Everything was perfect! Also, You MUST try the BBQ place next to the condo.

Great time on AMI

The location is terrific. Walk to restaurants, beachfront bar and of course the beautiful beach. The complex is quiet, clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Great Vacation

The condo was very well stocked. Location is very convenient to the pool and the beach. I loved having a beach wagon and chairs available for our use. I would definitely stay there again!

This condo is wonderful! It’s so conveniently located near the pool, across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for the perfect birthday get away!!

Great Accommodations, Great Stay!

Couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The condo was clean and well stocked with location right across the street from the beach. Additionally, the pool was clean and perfect. We will definitely be back.

Clean, Cute, and Convenient

My husband, 2 year old and I enjoyed a week at this very clean condo. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, and the owner was very prompt with communication. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get away to Anna Maria Island!

Sweet treat vacation rental

The location was fabulous, just across the street from the beach. The unit has everything you need, except a washer/dryer but the owner says they are in the process of getting them installed. The owner is a lovely lady and quick to respond and take action when the internet went out. I would absolutely rent this unit again!

Great location

The condo was just as advertised. Especially clean and very well equipped. We have used many vrbo residences and this would be among the most comfortable for a couple. A 2 min walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets.

We had a great stay in this condo that was well-decorated and equipped in a great location!

It was such a cute place and was conveniently located with the beach just a short walk away. It was the first time we stayed at Runaway Bay. We were impressed with the facilities-the pool, laundry room, and tennis court. The owners were wonderful in communicating with me regarding reservations and also instructions for when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Using VRBO is ALWAYS easy! We have NEVER been disappointed in a property we have stayed in! This owner was detailed and thorough! Property was just as great as advertised..... hope to be back again!

Good value and great location on Anna Maria Island!

Located just across the street from a beautiful white sand beach, this rental offers walking distance access to amenities including restaurants, bars, and beachside cafes. The place was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The pool and small gym were good to have access to. A Wifi issue on check-in was quickly resolved with prompt attention from owners Janie and Tony. A great base from which to explore and enjoy Anna Maria Island and the surrounding area!

Lovely place to stay at the beach

We enjoyed Bradenton Beach. The weather was sunny. The beach access is very easy and the bay is right behind the complex. The condo was clean and decorated very nice. My husband enjoyed paddle boarding on the bay. The pool was clean. The people were nice. Great places to eat. We want to come back oneday.

Since purchasing this property in November 2017 we have went over every inch of this condo with a fine tooth comb. Being residential remodelers we know what to look for and how to set up a space that will give you the maximum enjoyment for your stay. We know that this is an ongoing process. We fell confident that our condo is ready and look forward to hosting you.

Anna Maria Island has 7 miles of beautiful shoreline with the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With Anna Maria being a small island you are centrally located to not only the beach and the bay but also to many fine restaurants within walking distance. It boasts a family atmosphere which the city desires to keep. You will not find any large corporations or chain restaurants on the island.
